great vehicle /a bit expensive but you get a lot/this is my 7th tahoe and planning on another in about 2 years.vehicle speaks for itself.always had great service out of all that i have owned

The visit for service was uneventful. I waited, informed of what was needed & when it would be ready. Had a cup of tea, finished emails and then my car was ready.

Drives like by last one, a 2015. Only I went with high country 6.2 v8. Man, it has some horses! Many enhanced safety features a comparability with google, Apple car play and android. So much to learn! The expansive 17” menu system and the customizable DIC will probably take me a tank of gas just learning it. But it’s SO.MUCH.FUN!

I get my vehicles serviced there and they are prompt and accommodating. The waiting room is comfortable and they offer some beverages and snacks. So the best service experience. Charlie is the best, he keeps you informed throughout the process via text.

I’ve owned 2025 Z71 vehicle for only a month. I was able to purchase below MRSP. It’s fun to drive and has been problem free (so far). There is more than enough power, and the Z71 has a very nice look to it. The newer interior is worth the effort compared to the 24 Tahoe. I do wish the leather seats were nicer, or at least had better options.

Straightforward experience diagnosing a check engine light as a catalytic converter failure. Promptly replaced under warranty. Took only two days including shipping the new part for a discontinued car!

Repair was completed when promised. Service Mgr went over the bill with me. Repair was professionally performed. Thought the bill was reasonable based on the repairs made.

Sent in an online inquiry and immediately received a follow up from JESSE, guys like him make the entire car buying experience easy and fun. We called in expressing interest in a SUPRA Launch Edition and JESSE did his homework in advance, he knew all of the right answers and was able to answer any question we may have had, a conversation with him felt like a winning round of jeopardy. We ended up purchasing the car, sight unseen and relied heavily on all of his answers. He was very thorough with photos and videos, didn’t matter the time of day or night when I sent a text, he replied. He got us the exact price we wanted, worked with our transporter to make sure the car was secured and hauled away for delivery. I scheduled an appointment for my car to be serviced with Mr. Medric Mills based on past experience. I was greeted and he explained what needed to be done and the estimated cost. I went to the waiting room, and he told me he would come and let me know when the service had been completed. After explaining the service done, he also informed me when future repairs were due. My experience was excellent with the best customer service.

I called him at the last minute yesterday after already having a appointment scheduled for Wednesday to get my vehicle serviced (exspecting him to say No) He asked me how long would it take me to get there? I was there in 10 minutes and He made sure that I was good and had a ride back to work as always. Great Customer Service!
