I want to say that our experience with buying a vehicle from El Dorado Chevrolet was the best I have ever had! Justin Daniel, our sales associate was absolutely the best help in finding our new vehicle . Justin was sooo patient with our parameters for purchasing a vehicle. He even brought out similar vehicles to compare to the original vehicle I had liked when I first visited the El Dorado Chevrolet . He never pushed us to buy any vehicle. He presented the facts and listened to our needs and our desires in a new vehicle. We did purchase a low mileage vehicle that I dearly love!! I needed help getting my vehicle serviced when my oil change light came on as I was driving to work. Justin met me after work and handled everything for me. How's that for excellent customer service! Jarrett Abel has been my Service Adviser for several years. He always takes care of scheduling my appointments and getting my Chevy P/U serviced. The service department does a terrific job of getting vehicles serviced quickly.

Drives like by last one, a 2015. Only I went with high country 6.2 v8. Man, it has some horses! Many enhanced safety features a comparability with google, Apple car play and android. So much to learn! The expansive 17” menu system and the customizable DIC will probably take me a tank of gas just learning it. But it’s SO.MUCH.FUN!

I’ve owned 2025 Z71 vehicle for only a month. I was able to purchase below MRSP. It’s fun to drive and has been problem free (so far). There is more than enough power, and the Z71 has a very nice look to it. The newer interior is worth the effort compared to the 24 Tahoe. I do wish the leather seats were nicer, or at least had better options.

They took care of my vehicle maintenance, also had a very friendly service technician that helped with maintenance.

I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!

All staff are kind and professional. The facility is clean and welcoming. I love the shuttle they offer to take you to and from your home.

After many hours of learning current market values and contacting many dealerships, Classic Chevrolet in the first phone conversation revealed no fixed or high pressure add ons - that was enough for me. Dealing with Classic Chevrolet was about as straightforward as you can get in dealing with any car dealership. Vehicle was available and as described, no dealer add ons (which seems to be a major issue in Internet pricing), and no high pressure sales. Just the typical unfun price negotiation at the end which I have 100% experienced in my every car buying experience. As a totally different experience, cars.com should deny service to Autosaavy and Car Revolution. One would be insane to attempt a purchase after reading their reviews. They do harm to the Internet buying experience.

I am from Louisiana and was able to call and speak to a salesman, named Johnny. He was able to give me the bottom line price over the phone. Emailed me salesman invoice to verify. No change in price when I made the drive to Reliable Chevrolet. I would do it again
