I’ve owned 2025 Z71 vehicle for only a month. I was able to purchase below MRSP. It’s fun to drive and has been problem free (so far). There is more than enough power, and the Z71 has a very nice look to it. The newer interior is worth the effort compared to the 24 Tahoe. I do wish the leather seats were nicer, or at least had better options.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Sergio Ramirez, our salesman, was great. Between Sergio and Pete, the financial representative, they spent several hours going over the car functions (we bought an EV) and how EVs drive versus gas cars. Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. My 12 1/2 year old Volt is hanging in there because of the skill, knowledge, and great work by the team at Chevy Exchange. I called a few days before Christmas to describe a problem. They got me in the morning after Christmas. A part was needed so they kept my car and a nice young gentleman drove me home. Our sales consultant was John Lee. My husband and I were looking to buy a 2025 Equinox. John was probably the most patient, fair and knowledgeable salesperson I've ever worked with in all the years of us purchasing vehicle. He listened to our requests and concerns and worked with both of us to get the SUV we wanted. Once the deal was finalized, John sat in the SUV with me and went over all the features and buttons to familiarize me. When my wife and I landed at ORD, the car was spotless and ready to go. Finance Manager Mike Lazzara had all documents sent ahead so I could DocuSign, making the delivery quick and smooth. Sales Manager Matt Knudson, GSM Jerry Spanier, and Andrew Sytsma (who wasn’t my salesman but still took time to chat and share product knowledge) all played a part in making this one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever had. The team knew my previous car was totaled in a tornado, and they went above and beyond to make this out-of-state transaction simple and stress-free.
