I’ve owned 2025 Z71 vehicle for only a month. I was able to purchase below MRSP. It’s fun to drive and has been problem free (so far). There is more than enough power, and the Z71 has a very nice look to it. The newer interior is worth the effort compared to the 24 Tahoe. I do wish the leather seats were nicer, or at least had better options.

After many hours of learning current market values and contacting many dealerships, Classic Chevrolet in the first phone conversation revealed no fixed or high pressure add ons - that was enough for me. Dealing with Classic Chevrolet was about as straightforward as you can get in dealing with any car dealership. Vehicle was available and as described, no dealer add ons (which seems to be a major issue in Internet pricing), and no high pressure sales. Just the typical unfun price negotiation at the end which I have 100% experienced in my every car buying experience. As a totally different experience, cars.com should deny service to Autosaavy and Car Revolution. One would be insane to attempt a purchase after reading their reviews. They do harm to the Internet buying experience.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.

Jarrett Abel has been my Service Adviser for several years. He always takes care of scheduling my appointments and getting my Chevy P/U serviced. The service department does a terrific job of getting vehicles serviced quickly.

Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we have ever encountered. In fact the whole experience of buying was super. No ridiculous offers from some "manager" out of nowhere to obviously be turned down and resubmitted to us in another wasted 30 min. Tony took care of business, we never dealt with anyone else until we were in finance. We were treated well in the finance dept. also. Overal an excellent experience. My family and I had looked at several other vehicles before deciding on a Chevy, and it was ultimately the customer service at Huffines that convinced us to purchase the Traverse. Overall, Vandergriff Chevrolet service dept. did an excellent job on my repair. With an extended warranty, the repairs cost nothing. But if I do critique anything, is the trying to get me to spend $1,200 in new battery cables. There was nothing wrong with them.

I have never had a team work so hard on my behalf to be able to get into the perfect vehicle!! Our 3 purchase there as a family and my 2nd purchase within the last 2 yrs.
