WOW! What a great experience! Started off a bit shaky, but everything turned out to be one of the best car buying experiences! I have worked at several Dealerships in the Metro area and have never gotten this kind of service even as an employee! Paul, the finance manager was top notch! I explained what I needed and he went over and above to make sure I was given a fair deal. He did everything in his power to make it happen. I purchased a used Equinox. Within the first week, I noticed an oil leak. Without hesitation, it was taken care of. Not only was it fixed the same day, Paul made sure I was given a loaner to get things done while my car was being serviced. Rona in the service department was very friendly, professional and on top of things! Each time I came to the dealership, I was greeted with a smile from everyone. They even remembered me! OUTSTANDING customer service!

I’ve owned 2025 Z71 vehicle for only a month. I was able to purchase below MRSP. It’s fun to drive and has been problem free (so far). There is more than enough power, and the Z71 has a very nice look to it. The newer interior is worth the effort compared to the 24 Tahoe. I do wish the leather seats were nicer, or at least had better options.

Our service maintenance began on time and was completed efficiently and quickly. Our service representative was very friendly and informative. The shop was clean and the waiting area was pleasant.

Adam was great to deal with on the phone and in person. He gave me all the info needed. Took a video of truck running without asking him. Finance process went smooth and he was able to get my insurance on the policy with no issues. Have to say this is the first time in a long time that the dealer filled the tank and def. And never on a used truck. Adam also mailed me an oil change because I mentioned it looked very dark. Adam and this dealership is great and I would recommend them to everyone.
