How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? Have you walked away disappointed promising to never return to such a consumer unfriendly trench? I have, but yesterday gave me a much-needed dealer service department experience. I don't know about you, but to me, if the employee behind the counter has a disgruntled attitude, that will make me adapt the same attitude, and the experience will end up a total nightmare. What is important is how amazing Mariel was and how she very kindly and professionally took care of my vehicle. Dealer service advisors like Mariel are a needle in a haystack. Amazing world class vehicle. Ride quality and driving dynamics are greatly improved over previous generations. Interior quality is among the best in the world. My only complaint is I wish they would build more so they are easier to find and a little cheaper to buy.

Had engine issues but GMC resolved. Love the air ride. Handles well on the road. Gas mileage is typical for these suvs. Love my truck

My 2020 Tahoe has been pretty much trouble free. It is very comfortable and very nice to drive. It gets very good gas mileage for its size too. 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. I would definitely buy another one.

Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we have ever encountered. In fact the whole experience of buying was super. No ridiculous offers from some "manager" out of nowhere to obviously be turned down and resubmitted to us in another wasted 30 min. Tony took care of business, we never dealt with anyone else until we were in finance. We were treated well in the finance dept. also. Overal an excellent experience. I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

The Ft Worth Sewell dealership had the best deal on a new F Sport with the options I wanted. Aaron Summerhill was a straight shooter and the deal went off flawlessly. The smoothest car deal I’ve ever had. I’ll be seeing him again when I’m due for a new one!

I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!

I bought new 2020 Tahoe. I drive very little. After 4 years the car has only 9000 miles . This car has zero defect. I like this vehicle

Drives like by last one, a 2015. Only I went with high country 6.2 v8. Man, it has some horses! Many enhanced safety features a comparability with google, Apple car play and android. So much to learn! The expansive 17” menu system and the customizable DIC will probably take me a tank of gas just learning it. But it’s SO.MUCH.FUN!

Overall, Vandergriff Chevrolet service dept. did an excellent job on my repair. With an extended warranty, the repairs cost nothing. But if I do critique anything, is the trying to get me to spend $1,200 in new battery cables. There was nothing wrong with them.

I bought a 2022 Tahoe RST with a 3.0 diesel engine absolulity love it comfort style handling plenty of power and MPG is city 27 highway 32 with a max MPG of 37 Anyone on the fence of getting the diesel engine My opinion its well worth investment

Very stylish with a lot of power. Sits up high and floats like a cloud on the highway (22" wheels). I like that the seats fold down completely for the third row. Haven't tried the second row (owned only two weeks so far). Only things I miss are a navigation system and seat warmers. Otherwise, the multi-level controls for the heat can suffice fine. Many technical upgrades I have yet figured out how to use. Costs twice as much as the Tahoe I bought in 2012 oddly enough. Probably the engine and tech upgrades helped that.

I was in the market for a new vehicle but dreaded going to a dealership. It is like knowing you need to put on boxing gloves and go 12 rounds and try not to get beat up too bad. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve owned 2025 Z71 vehicle for only a month. I was able to purchase below MRSP. It’s fun to drive and has been problem free (so far). There is more than enough power, and the Z71 has a very nice look to it. The newer interior is worth the effort compared to the 24 Tahoe. I do wish the leather seats were nicer, or at least had better options.

Granbury Nissan is the place to shop!! Kayden Salinas was my salesman he was very knowledgeable, respectful, and not pushy at all. The sales manager's were super nice as well as the crew.

I purchased my Vehicle from Granbury Nissan, it was seamless, they were very honest and gave me a great price on my trade. I only do my services with their service department, very knowledgeable, prices are reasonable, and the ladies that run that service department are so friendly. way better that the mega dealership up the road. Granbury Nissan is very community driven and it shows.

I have only put 400 miles on this vehicle since the purchase date, but so far so good. I'm still getting use to all the features, which many of them are excellent convinces. The ride and the seating are very comfortable along with climate control. Plus, my wife loves it, which is Huge!!!

I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.

My 2022 RST w/ the 6.2 and 22" all black rims is a head turner. I traded a 2021 BMW X7 because my teens needed more leg room behind their 6'2" dad. What I gave up in luxury, I gained in good ole Merica v-8 Detroit rumble. The utility of this SUV is 2nd to none. Build quality in Merica is back. Thanks GM the bailout was well worth it.
