I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!

This dealership was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We were greeted right away and were connected with a salesman to assist us with our car shopping. Dave B was our sales guy and he was amazing! Kind and friendly from the start. He didn?t at all try to push a sale, just showed us the cars we were interested in and gave us all the information we needed about the car to make our decision. Our finance guy, I believe his name is Mike was also amazing. Completing the paperwork was a breeze. He explained everything and made the process so easy. I?ve been leasing cars for years and I can honestly say this was the best car shopping and leasing experience I?ve ever had.

Owned a 2018 Chevy Tahoe premier for about a year got it at 68k miles currently at 91k planning to keep this car forever have been keeping up with the maintenance replaced the heater hoses, magna ride struts in the front no major major issues with the Tahoe so far love it

Great vehicle. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. It rides good and has great performance with the 6.2 engine!! For an SUV, it is very quiet.

Great Experience with Service Department. Service Agent was very professional, and I was given a loaner car during repair period. I will be upgrading my vehicle in the near future with another Chevy model.

I bought used so much of the issues were ironed out. A smooth ride, plenty room and nice features. I only had it a month so no complaints yet. I did buy a 4 year warranty from the dealer just in case.

Imagine our predicament. We live in a small community in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York. Our neighbor and his wife purchase low-mileage vehicles from dealers throughout the Northeast, then diligently repair them until they are roadworthy once again and ready for purchase by local folks. My wife, another neighbor and I often bring the vehicles home. Monday afternoon we were driving north on the Thruway with a Ford F-150 we had just obtained from a dealer in Wayne, NJ when we noticed the left front tire losing air. We pulled over, discovered that the spare had no air in it, prayed, and decided to try to make it to the next exit. We proceeded slowly for miles in the breakdown lane and made it to the Harriman exit at last. Spotting a Walmart sign, we made for it. It was too far. The tire split just as we pulled into Orange County BMW's parking lot. What a "kettle of fish". Surrounded by so many shiny, premium new autos, the sad F-150 was so out of place! We shuffled disconsolently into the office and a young man jumped up to greet us. "What can we help you with?" he asked. "We are looking for a Good Samaritan," I replied. "Let's see what we can do," he responded." His name was Michael Pussilano and he indicated that he was "on loan" for three days to Orange County BMW from his own Mercedes dealership. He walked out into the cold to survey the damage, then assured us they would take charge. He then invited us to make ourselves comfortable in their waiting room. Their waiting room was warm (so welcome after spending time outside in the bitter wind!), spotless, well-lit, and featured an interesting array of magazines, classic models, accessories, and clothing. They worked on the old Ford for over an hour. Presently, Michael returned with a tire wrench in one hand and the spent cable lock from the Ford's tire carriage. He apologized because they had had to cut the cable (a necessity with ANY truck subjected to over 30 minutes of New York State's overly-salted winter highways!) and cautioned us to tighten the lug nuts on the freshly-installed spare tire after a few miles, for safety's sake. I reached for my credit card and received the shock of my life. What did we owe? "Nothing," Michael stated, "this was a complimentary service". We had found our "Good Samarian". What more could I say? None of us will ever forget the kind, thoughtful, efficient service that we found at Orange County BMW. Thank you, Orange County, for so kindly getting us back on our way. I’ve always owned Tahoe trucks. This is my 5th one. I owned an 01, 03, 04 and 06 before they changed the body style which I wasn’t fond of. The vehicle model is very attractive compared to other trucks I saw when I wanted to purchase something brand new. The Vortec 5.3 engine is still one of the most reliable engines ever made my opinion. I’ve never had issue with my previous trucks. My last Tahoe, I sold it with 301K miles on it. It was my work truck. Now, I’ve switched this truck from leisure to working. I recently had a major repair. One of the parking assist sensors went bad and cause a domino effect, shutting my computer down. Had to have it towed to a dealer. It’s still fairly new so, finding parts that are compatible outside the dealer for cheap isn’t going to go well. I ended up having to replace all my modules, harnesses for the modules since they had heavy water damage from years of exposure (the design doesn’t cover them). That was a $2800 repair. Not bad for having it 6 years 113000 miles driven. I do highly suggest getting the extended warranty on these newer vehicles and renewing the warranty again if you plan on keeping it long term after it’s paid off. As far as the engine, The correct oil makes a difference. Using the wrong type will effect your fuel efficiency and performance of the engine. Your mechanic may be best at figuring which is ideal for your truck in is current state. The truck does well on the highway for its size. I get about 24-26 highway average. The most I’ve gotten was 32.6 miles on the highway but that was mostly on a flat surface which the engine switches to V4 when it’s not under heavy demand. City driving is to be expected. 13-17 depending on idling at lights, traffic, stopping and starting. It’s a reliable truck if your not looking for fancy with a high price tag for an SUV. Can seat 7-8 ppl safely (I had ppl between 5’10 and 6’2 in the third row and the said it wasn’t a bad sit and was surprisingly more comfortable than they expected a 3rd row to be, handles well (your not gonna make corners at nascar speeds in this truck so expectations are within reason) and it’s acceleration is powerful enough to get you in and out of exits on the highway where the flow of traffic is doing 75mph+. I recommend this truck to anyone that wants reliability, safety for themselves and family and something attractive without the Kardashian price tag. If your hung up on brand name status recognition, spend the extra 40K-62K and get a Mercedes truck if that makes you feel better. If your not one of those ppl, Tahoes are great.

I have been purchasing used and new vehicles from car dealerships for many many years. Some good experiences and some bad experiences. I recently purchased my Suburban from Karls, his dealership is over 150 miles from my home, that's a 2.5 hour drive. What an experience I had. Yes, long ride and a lot of time driving but the service I received from Rob the salesman and more importantly, Leo the owner of the dealership was outstanding. I had many conversations, texts and videos with Leo regarding this particular Suburban he had in stock. I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

Talk to Patrick Mccade very helpful and friendly so I went to look at the suv he was still helpful and friendly I wanted that Escalade and he work hard to make it happen thank Pat the cheese cake at the end was nice

This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully
