I have owned this Tahoe LTZ since 2011. I have about 100K for miles. Other than regular maintenance, I have not had one problem in 14 years. The electric stabilizer is great for loads and never dips in the rear. I used to trade cars every two years but it still drives like new and looks great. Only thing I would change is addition of telescopic steering wheel and ability to program new key fobs (2011 requires a trip to the dealer). Cory Gore 02/25

I called about a 2014 Chevrolet Express G3500 LT 15 Passenger Van and right away felt comfortable with the phone conversation with Syed but still wants to see it in person before the purchase. Syed assured me that the Van besides some cosmetic issues runs and drives fine. I flew in to OHare and was picked up by Palash who was friendly and courteous. I was greeted at the Dealership by a nice young lady Maria and Brian showed me the Van and went on a test drive with me. I fell in love with the Van and I told Syed that the scratches on the Van were over described. It was better than what I expected and I quickly wrapped up the deal. I drove home the same day and made it back to WY without any issues and had it for a while now and still have not spend a penny on it. Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. Daniel in finance went over all of our financing options and secured a great loan for us. I never write reviews, but this was a very nice experience. Owned a 2018 Chevy Tahoe premier for about a year got it at 68k miles currently at 91k planning to keep this car forever have been keeping up with the maintenance replaced the heater hoses, magna ride struts in the front no major major issues with the Tahoe so far love it

We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. John O'Connell Was our salesman and we could not have picked a more perfect person to work with. We went in to buy a Yukon AT4, left with the Yukon, and purchased another car from them. Bought my 2015 Tahoe new, 124,000 miles later no major problems with normal maintenance. Annoying interior lights flicker when brakes depressed, replaced front ball joints. Overall great truck, car must have built on a Wednsday.

Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Today 11/13/2023 I went back and got my car! Please ask for James if you decide to visit Adam Auto Group he will not disappoint!

I’ve always owned Tahoe trucks. This is my 5th one. I owned an 01, 03, 04 and 06 before they changed the body style which I wasn’t fond of. The vehicle model is very attractive compared to other trucks I saw when I wanted to purchase something brand new. The Vortec 5.3 engine is still one of the most reliable engines ever made my opinion. I’ve never had issue with my previous trucks. My last Tahoe, I sold it with 301K miles on it. It was my work truck. Now, I’ve switched this truck from leisure to working. I recently had a major repair. One of the parking assist sensors went bad and cause a domino effect, shutting my computer down. Had to have it towed to a dealer. It’s still fairly new so, finding parts that are compatible outside the dealer for cheap isn’t going to go well. I ended up having to replace all my modules, harnesses for the modules since they had heavy water damage from years of exposure (the design doesn’t cover them). That was a $2800 repair. Not bad for having it 6 years 113000 miles driven. I do highly suggest getting the extended warranty on these newer vehicles and renewing the warranty again if you plan on keeping it long term after it’s paid off. As far as the engine, The correct oil makes a difference. Using the wrong type will effect your fuel efficiency and performance of the engine. Your mechanic may be best at figuring which is ideal for your truck in is current state. The truck does well on the highway for its size. I get about 24-26 highway average. The most I’ve gotten was 32.6 miles on the highway but that was mostly on a flat surface which the engine switches to V4 when it’s not under heavy demand. City driving is to be expected. 13-17 depending on idling at lights, traffic, stopping and starting. It’s a reliable truck if your not looking for fancy with a high price tag for an SUV. Can seat 7-8 ppl safely (I had ppl between 5’10 and 6’2 in the third row and the said it wasn’t a bad sit and was surprisingly more comfortable than they expected a 3rd row to be, handles well (your not gonna make corners at nascar speeds in this truck so expectations are within reason) and it’s acceleration is powerful enough to get you in and out of exits on the highway where the flow of traffic is doing 75mph+. I recommend this truck to anyone that wants reliability, safety for themselves and family and something attractive without the Kardashian price tag. If your hung up on brand name status recognition, spend the extra 40K-62K and get a Mercedes truck if that makes you feel better. If your not one of those ppl, Tahoes are great.

I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

I bought a 2022 Tahoe RST with a 3.0 diesel engine absolulity love it comfort style handling plenty of power and MPG is city 27 highway 32 with a max MPG of 37 Anyone on the fence of getting the diesel engine My opinion its well worth investment

I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!

Tariq brought a beautiful red 2005 Mercury Mariner around front with new tires and brakes. I asked if it was okay to take it to my mechanic to get it looked at. He agreed and I took it there. My mechanic hooked it up to the computer and said he didn't find a single thing wrong. When I brought it back for a minor problem, Tariq took care of it for me, even though he didn't have to as I had bought the vehicle "as is." Wonderful staff and very nice vehicles available.

Great vehicle. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. It rides good and has great performance with the 6.2 engine!! For an SUV, it is very quiet.

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.

My 2020 Tahoe has been pretty much trouble free. It is very comfortable and very nice to drive. It gets very good gas mileage for its size too. 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. I would definitely buy another one.

My 2022 RST w/ the 6.2 and 22" all black rims is a head turner. I traded a 2021 BMW X7 because my teens needed more leg room behind their 6'2" dad. What I gave up in luxury, I gained in good ole Merica v-8 Detroit rumble. The utility of this SUV is 2nd to none. Build quality in Merica is back. Thanks GM the bailout was well worth it.

I have only put 400 miles on this vehicle since the purchase date, but so far so good. I'm still getting use to all the features, which many of them are excellent convinces. The ride and the seating are very comfortable along with climate control. Plus, my wife loves it, which is Huge!!!

Purchased a 2008 LTZ a couple of years ago from my husband's boss with less than 70,000 miles on it. WE LOVE IT. Very roomy for all of my grandkids, love the DVD player and all the extra room. Drives like a dream and for someone who dislikes driving in the snow, I feel completely safe on the road. The towing is amazing and the handling is as smooth as butter. This has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. Hope to have it many more years.
