Had engine issues but GMC resolved. Love the air ride. Handles well on the road. Gas mileage is typical for these suvs. Love my truck

We have purchased our fourth vehicle (Toyota Tundra Max cab) from them in the last 12 years and love it. Berkenkotter Motors provide awesome, honest, low pressure used car, truck sales. They stand behind their vehicles if you have any trouble in the short term. Although they sell used cars, RV's , boats, and trucks they are checked over and are of great quality. I did get a great trade in on my 2003 Dodge 2500 long bed. Previously we also purchased from them a 2007 Toyota 4runner, and 2007 Toyota corolla. We had only one small service on the 4 runner. While having five lots, they have a lot of cars to choose from and if they don't have what you want they can get it in a short term. Take the time to meet their friendly staff, Dan, Steve, BJ, Alan, Frankie, Wade, jetty, Hanna, etc. We just love them. We got the financing every time we wanted. We currently are looking at RV's for our retirement travels.

Bought my 2015 Tahoe new, 124,000 miles later no major problems with normal maintenance. Annoying interior lights flicker when brakes depressed, replaced front ball joints. Overall great truck, car must have built on a Wednsday.

Had a recall and got my first oil change on my new truck! I called and got prompt service to set an appointment, also got a reminder a few days before too. I was the first person there, about 15 minutes early. The fellas inside were pleasant- but had some opening duties to perform. Got me in right on time! Called to let me know when done- and upon signing off explained it all, and it was under the first year warrenty- so no $$! Highly recommend stevenson and the repair service guys!

Owned a 2018 Chevy Tahoe premier for about a year got it at 68k miles currently at 91k planning to keep this car forever have been keeping up with the maintenance replaced the heater hoses, magna ride struts in the front no major major issues with the Tahoe so far love it

I’ve been waiting to buy a Blazer for 8 years, and I am so excited about my purchase. We could not of had a better experience with John Elway Chevrolet. Daniel was the sales rep that helped us and he knew what vehicle was for me even before I did! We test drove a few vehicles, and Daniel was great about giving us space to discuss the options while still being available to answer any questions we had. I never felt overwhelmed with information. Tony helped us in the finance department and with this being my first vehicle purchase I was nervous I wouldn’t understand everything. However, he truly took time out of his evening to explain each detail / all of our options as far as warranty to make sure we understood everything we were signing and that we were satisfied with our decisions that worked within our budget. I needed a vehicle to accommodate my 5 grandchildren. The WIFI is a must for school pickups, and traveling. The safety features exceeded my expectations. Safety comes first, it's my upmost priority. However, the luggage accommodation could be improved. That's definitely not a deal breaker for me. I learned to use the top rack and add a trailer for luggage. The Onstar features gives me more confidence when on the road. I love it.

Amazing world class vehicle. Ride quality and driving dynamics are greatly improved over previous generations. Interior quality is among the best in the world. My only complaint is I wish they would build more so they are easier to find and a little cheaper to buy.

My 2020 Tahoe has been pretty much trouble free. It is very comfortable and very nice to drive. It gets very good gas mileage for its size too. 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. I would definitely buy another one.

Found a desk area with electrical outlet the chairs were kind of old and banged up, and it was kind of in the vending area. Wi-Fi was good for working, but the coffee area was all out of packets for coffee. Good service and they got me out quickly through the process for an oil change the first one on my vehicle and the first service at that location. It was good the The cut customer service was good

I LOVE MY TAHOE!!!! Great SUV. I've wanted one ever since I first saw it. I have a 1997 2 door LS. LOVE it!! Needs body work.2 trips down south later, the head gasket blew from poor maintenance by the previous owner. Found another Vortec (inexpensively). Drop it in and we are back on the road. Excellent handling for a 7000 lb vehicle. Very responsive. Great on road trips with the right tires.

I’ve had an 2002 Ford Explorer, 2007 Nissan Murano, 2010 Infinity FX 45, 2011 Ford Edge, 2013 Tahoe LT and a 2015 Yukon Denali…none gave me the ride, comfort, luxury and feel like the 2018 Tahoe Premier.

I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!

I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. I thought “no way will this get approved” I’ll have to drive two hours back home without the new vehicle. Well I am pleased that I had Vincent and Kurt to help every step of the way. I bought used so much of the issues were ironed out. A smooth ride, plenty room and nice features. I only had it a month so no complaints yet. I did buy a 4 year warranty from the dealer just in case.

Bought online, site unseen. Absolutely fabulous customer service. Grayson Narlinger (salesman) promptly responded to all of my questions, shared video when asked, and even provided a “test drive” video with commentary. He and his finance manager also coordinated well with my bank to process purchase and shipping. Very impressed with the honesty, communication, and support through the whole buying process.

I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

The car is gorgeous but the dealership did not take good care of it nor provided proper teaching to any of its clients about how to maintain it. They just sold it and did oil changes but did not diagnose it correctly and even with the warranty did not do the right things to repair the car or treated us fairly. They are not trustworthy. The car is gorgeous and comfortable.

Purchased this vehicle used,had for 2 years now,90,000 klm now,have not had any problems,excellent ride,fuel economy is around 23 mpg,acceptable for a vehicle this size,feel very safe due to size and airbags everywhere.

I inquired about a Camaro Convertible that had just arrived, Pablo replied and actually sug the car our if the snow and did a complete video walk around. Since I live 400 miles.away and this was exactly the car my wife wanted I was excited to have Pablo helping me. I asked him to look into the price and I had one more to call on. I called back the next morning got the price, made an offer. Unfortunately we where to far apart and the other car sold. My bad luck.

This car has everything I wanted when looking at vehicles. Especially liked the towing capabilities. I also Like the interior features like leather and backup camera.

I’ve always owned Tahoe trucks. This is my 5th one. I owned an 01, 03, 04 and 06 before they changed the body style which I wasn’t fond of. The vehicle model is very attractive compared to other trucks I saw when I wanted to purchase something brand new. The Vortec 5.3 engine is still one of the most reliable engines ever made my opinion. I’ve never had issue with my previous trucks. My last Tahoe, I sold it with 301K miles on it. It was my work truck. Now, I’ve switched this truck from leisure to working. I recently had a major repair. One of the parking assist sensors went bad and cause a domino effect, shutting my computer down. Had to have it towed to a dealer. It’s still fairly new so, finding parts that are compatible outside the dealer for cheap isn’t going to go well. I ended up having to replace all my modules, harnesses for the modules since they had heavy water damage from years of exposure (the design doesn’t cover them). That was a $2800 repair. Not bad for having it 6 years 113000 miles driven. I do highly suggest getting the extended warranty on these newer vehicles and renewing the warranty again if you plan on keeping it long term after it’s paid off. As far as the engine, The correct oil makes a difference. Using the wrong type will effect your fuel efficiency and performance of the engine. Your mechanic may be best at figuring which is ideal for your truck in is current state. The truck does well on the highway for its size. I get about 24-26 highway average. The most I’ve gotten was 32.6 miles on the highway but that was mostly on a flat surface which the engine switches to V4 when it’s not under heavy demand. City driving is to be expected. 13-17 depending on idling at lights, traffic, stopping and starting. It’s a reliable truck if your not looking for fancy with a high price tag for an SUV. Can seat 7-8 ppl safely (I had ppl between 5’10 and 6’2 in the third row and the said it wasn’t a bad sit and was surprisingly more comfortable than they expected a 3rd row to be, handles well (your not gonna make corners at nascar speeds in this truck so expectations are within reason) and it’s acceleration is powerful enough to get you in and out of exits on the highway where the flow of traffic is doing 75mph+. I recommend this truck to anyone that wants reliability, safety for themselves and family and something attractive without the Kardashian price tag. If your hung up on brand name status recognition, spend the extra 40K-62K and get a Mercedes truck if that makes you feel better. If your not one of those ppl, Tahoes are great.

I bought a 2022 Tahoe RST with a 3.0 diesel engine absolulity love it comfort style handling plenty of power and MPG is city 27 highway 32 with a max MPG of 37 Anyone on the fence of getting the diesel engine My opinion its well worth investment
