I’ve always owned Tahoe trucks. This is my 5th one. I owned an 01, 03, 04 and 06 before they changed the body style which I wasn’t fond of. The vehicle model is very attractive compared to other trucks I saw when I wanted to purchase something brand new. The Vortec 5.3 engine is still one of the most reliable engines ever made my opinion. I’ve never had issue with my previous trucks. My last Tahoe, I sold it with 301K miles on it. It was my work truck. Now, I’ve switched this truck from leisure to working. I recently had a major repair. One of the parking assist sensors went bad and cause a domino effect, shutting my computer down. Had to have it towed to a dealer. It’s still fairly new so, finding parts that are compatible outside the dealer for cheap isn’t going to go well. I ended up having to replace all my modules, harnesses for the modules since they had heavy water damage from years of exposure (the design doesn’t cover them). That was a $2800 repair. Not bad for having it 6 years 113000 miles driven. I do highly suggest getting the extended warranty on these newer vehicles and renewing the warranty again if you plan on keeping it long term after it’s paid off. As far as the engine, The correct oil makes a difference. Using the wrong type will effect your fuel efficiency and performance of the engine. Your mechanic may be best at figuring which is ideal for your truck in is current state. The truck does well on the highway for its size. I get about 24-26 highway average. The most I’ve gotten was 32.6 miles on the highway but that was mostly on a flat surface which the engine switches to V4 when it’s not under heavy demand. City driving is to be expected. 13-17 depending on idling at lights, traffic, stopping and starting. It’s a reliable truck if your not looking for fancy with a high price tag for an SUV. Can seat 7-8 ppl safely (I had ppl between 5’10 and 6’2 in the third row and the said it wasn’t a bad sit and was surprisingly more comfortable than they expected a 3rd row to be, handles well (your not gonna make corners at nascar speeds in this truck so expectations are within reason) and it’s acceleration is powerful enough to get you in and out of exits on the highway where the flow of traffic is doing 75mph+. I recommend this truck to anyone that wants reliability, safety for themselves and family and something attractive without the Kardashian price tag. If your hung up on brand name status recognition, spend the extra 40K-62K and get a Mercedes truck if that makes you feel better. If your not one of those ppl, Tahoes are great.

Owned a 2018 Chevy Tahoe premier for about a year got it at 68k miles currently at 91k planning to keep this car forever have been keeping up with the maintenance replaced the heater hoses, magna ride struts in the front no major major issues with the Tahoe so far love it

This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully

Had a big transmission issue after two years only, had it fixed with a huge discount. Other than that, I can say that this is my dream car. Performance, look, reliability, and above all safety ❤️

I needed a vehicle to accommodate my 5 grandchildren. The WIFI is a must for school pickups, and traveling. The safety features exceeded my expectations. Safety comes first, it's my upmost priority. However, the luggage accommodation could be improved. That's definitely not a deal breaker for me. I learned to use the top rack and add a trailer for luggage. The Onstar features gives me more confidence when on the road. I love it.

I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!

I have owned this Tahoe LTZ since 2011. I have about 100K for miles. Other than regular maintenance, I have not had one problem in 14 years. The electric stabilizer is great for loads and never dips in the rear. I used to trade cars every two years but it still drives like new and looks great. Only thing I would change is addition of telescopic steering wheel and ability to program new key fobs (2011 requires a trip to the dealer). Cory Gore 02/25

I bought used so much of the issues were ironed out. A smooth ride, plenty room and nice features. I only had it a month so no complaints yet. I did buy a 4 year warranty from the dealer just in case.

My 2020 Tahoe has been pretty much trouble free. It is very comfortable and very nice to drive. It gets very good gas mileage for its size too. 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. I would definitely buy another one.

Bought my 2015 Tahoe new, 124,000 miles later no major problems with normal maintenance. Annoying interior lights flicker when brakes depressed, replaced front ball joints. Overall great truck, car must have built on a Wednsday.

I had called Auto Connections early one morning to inquire about a car I’d seen on Cars.com. A nice gentleman named Stu answered the phone. I really didn’t expect anybody to be at the facility as it was only 8 am. We had a wonderful conversation about growing up in Seattle, life in general, and lastly about the car I was interested in. About 30 minutes into the conversation I asked what his relationship with the dealership was? (I had assumed he was on the maintenance staff or the cleaning crew) To my Suprise he told me he was the owner, along with his partner Keith. I told him I’d be there in 5 hours and he said Keith would be waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership and entering the building I was totally floored! A collection of the most amazing vehicles I had seen in a long time. The next more impressive than the first, all beautiful and in pristine condition. I looked around and nobody was in the building which I found quite odd. (Most dealerships the sales staff swarms you). Finally I found a gentlemen in a back office, his name was Keith. What a wonderful individual. We drove the car around for several blocks and returned to the dealership. Keith provided the information about the vehicle, a CARFAX, what they had checked on the car and answered every question I had. Very comfortable individual to deal with. I was sold! We agreed upon a price and I told him I’d be back in the am with a check. There was no pressure to sign anything just a handshake, trust has been established. The next morning I met Stu the other owner. He was a wonderful gentlemen and we had a nice conversation. Doing my research that evening, I had discovered some issues with this particular vehicle and had gone down a Rabbit Hole on the internet. I made my concerns heard by Stu and he reluctantly gave me a few more hundred dollars off the price of the vehicle. This was both unfair to Keith, whom I had agreed to on a price, and to Stu who hadn’t been in on the prior days negotiations. When my wife and I returned a few days later, I returned the extra monies to Stu and apologized for my selfish behavior. I asked him to also sincerely apologize to Keith as we had made a purchase agreement. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience with Auto Connections. The car was made ready and any detailing and issues were addressed by Shane, the most grifted detail man in the business. This gentlemen is truly amazing at what he can do for a car. He went the extra 100 miles, even sanded the headlights for a clear beautiful look. Auto Connections covered all their bases and have the experience to truly find the car of your dreams. I’ve had an 2002 Ford Explorer, 2007 Nissan Murano, 2010 Infinity FX 45, 2011 Ford Edge, 2013 Tahoe LT and a 2015 Yukon Denali…none gave me the ride, comfort, luxury and feel like the 2018 Tahoe Premier.

We went in just to look around. The service was beyond excellent Bryan Olds did an amazing job as a sell rep. Was super friendly and very straight forward with all the process. We came home with a new Cadillac. Thank you Bryan for all your great work.

The car is gorgeous but the dealership did not take good care of it nor provided proper teaching to any of its clients about how to maintain it. They just sold it and did oil changes but did not diagnose it correctly and even with the warranty did not do the right things to repair the car or treated us fairly. They are not trustworthy. The car is gorgeous and comfortable.

Purchased this vehicle used,had for 2 years now,90,000 klm now,have not had any problems,excellent ride,fuel economy is around 23 mpg,acceptable for a vehicle this size,feel very safe due to size and airbags everywhere.

Mazda of Everett dealership was easy to find. It has great space and is very clean. I have to do a shoutout to Frank Weiss & Adam in financing! Frank's customer service and ability to keep in touch and follow up is a treasured trait. He was upfront and transparent with the build and deliver of my car. He ensured everything I wanted was on my car! Frank found that my lug nuts had not been changed to the black ones and made sure those were on before I drove away. Frank took the time and went over every single feature of the care and even programmed my seat during the inspection. Because of Frank and this car buying experience it has forever changed the way I will buy a car in the future. Working with Adam in financing was a breeze and zero pressure to purchase add ons. Upon processing the contact I paid exactly what Frank quoted me prior to my arrival. The most amazing thing is there was zero dealer hidden fees! I did not have to haggle and ask to have something removed. I can't say enough about my entire experience from beginning to end.

2019 model year Tahoe purchased brand new from dealership in 2018. I have put almost 50,000 miles on it. In 6 years and 50,000 miles as of April, 2024, I have not had one single issue with it. The only maintenance it has required are the regular oil changes with Mobil 1. Furthermore, I live in the north where they throw salt everywhere in the winter which tends to promote corrosion. There's not a spot of rust on this vehicle's body. there's no paint bubbling from underlying rust either. I do my own oil changes and the underbody has slight surface corrosion here and there but nothing that makes me want to get rid of the vehicle. I am very happy with this vehicle thus far and would not be inclined to trade it in for a newer vehicle at this time, especially since I have 50,000 miles to go on the hundred thousand mile extended warranty provided through the dealership.

It went well, but I didn?t get what I wanted for my trade in. Good place to shop for new vehicles. Reputable dealership. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Amazing world class vehicle. Ride quality and driving dynamics are greatly improved over previous generations. Interior quality is among the best in the world. My only complaint is I wish they would build more so they are easier to find and a little cheaper to buy.
