My service advisor Jeff got my trucks A/C compressor completed in a very timely manner even though my part was on backorder and none to be found in Texas. After a quick diagnostics of a faulty A/C compressor, Jeff really dug in and found an new one and had it overnighted from out of state just to get me back on the road as soon as possible. He also pushed for me to get a truck rental while it was service so I didn’t miss too much work. I highly recommend these guys and will bring my truck back whenever necessary, they are great people to work with.

Outstanding Service from the Salesperson Anna to the Management Team with Steve and Peyton, to the Financing with Rick. The four of them make buying a vehicle an easy, stress less process. It is very enjoyable to work with all of them! They don’t rush you or pressure you. They give you time to think, whether that is 30 minutes or weeks. Overall, Vandergriff Chevrolet service dept. did an excellent job on my repair. With an extended warranty, the repairs cost nothing. But if I do critique anything, is the trying to get me to spend $1,200 in new battery cables. There was nothing wrong with them.

TLDR; AutoSavvy of Duncanville is a 10/10 car dealership, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car. My salesperson, Tyler, was willing to work with me on my first car loan and was very reasonable and accommodating. The trade in amount on my old cash car was also very reasonable. I did do a VIN history check on the vehicle before buying it (all vehicles at AutoSavvy have branded titles, it’s their whole thing) and the nature of the damage was a minor front-end collision which was admirably repaired by the AutoSavvy team. I personally must advise against purchasing any vehicles with major structural or water damage, so the VIN history check is important. The vehicle was very reasonably priced for the age and mileage, and the 100,000 mile limited powertrain warranty provides me a lot of peace of mind. The experience was very pleasant and relaxing, come here if you’re looking for a use car!

Overall, the purchasing experience was good. Working with the sales associate (Tyler) and the financing consultant (Daniel) was a pleasant experience. When I drove the car away from the dealership, I was satisfied that I had made a good purchase.
