As a woman who honestly knows nothing about cars, I was nervous that I was going to be conned into things I didn’t need. I was lucky enough to have Mike help me who was extremely professional, friendly, and explained in detail what I needed now and suggestions for services repairs that were not needed immediately. I bought a new 2026 Colorado Trail Boss from Kevin Jones at Weber Chevrolet in Granite City IL. i felt I needed to write a review since I had such a pleasant experience. First time i can remember having a relaxed no high-pressure sales representative. Kevin was a straight shooter and was great to work with. I felt he dint try to talk down my trade in and was very professional. We came to what I felt like was a fair deal, and he went the extra mile. Set up all my phone and OnStar, brought me a water, helped me move all my stuff over to the new truck. I honestly felt like he wanted me to have a pleasant experience, and I did. This guy is 5 star

The only disappointment was I scheduled an appt and was there on time yet still had to wait for 2 hours to get my car finished. Service advisor was awesome tho and kept us up to date on the progress. Overall great experience not he work that was done.

This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Three weeks ago, I lost my husband unexpectedly and with two ELCO Chevy's, one 10 yr old Tahoe and a two-year-old Trailblazer that my children didn't want I felt it best to combine the trade-ins and purchase a new Tahoe that will take me another 10 years, providing me not only transportation but the security I need moving forward.
