Once I got back we started talking price that I can afford. He was so professional on answering all my questions too, and the management team handled it all themselves too.I felt comfortable since the first walk into the dealer. I was offered coffee and thoutgave out bottles of water.. I'm happy with my Jeep I purchase. I give Onar and his team 5 stars. It's an excellent vehicle for larger families. I have six large adults that I haul around. Each and everyone has plenty of room to be comfortable. It seems to have more room than my Tahoe I traded in. It has good acceleration and handles well. I love the air-cooled and heated seats. It has a nice, solid ride. I am very happy with my Traverse. I traded in my 2021 GMC Acadia Denali, which I was very unhappy with.

I've bought 2 cars here and am headed in soon to buy another. THE BEST.

For the price and the advancement of cars you would think the LT would have more “bells and whistles”. I had to pay separately to have the remote start added. Also no roof racks, tow hitch, side mirror defrosters, ect. The lt model is pretty much just the basic. If your looking for that I would look at the next up level LX I think. Over all no issues yet and my wife loves the car.

So stop leaving nasty reviews about a dealership and take it up with the manufacturer or even better, YOURSELF. That being said, this dealership has been nothing short of excellent. They responded promptly, accepted a reasonable cash offer and had it on hold with a deposit within a days time until the cash could be wired. Edwin Seymour and his crew were extremely professional throughout. Ended up having to drive 6 hours to pick it up from Alabama but as soon as I got there the car was clean and fueled up.
