Used 2022 Chevrolet Traverse RS for sale near Weehawken, NJ

We had a very positive experience with this dealership. We shopped around and needed a lot of hand holding. The used car manager Joe was great throughout the entire process. We definitely were not easy customers.

It's an excellent vehicle for larger families. I have six large adults that I haul around. Each and everyone has plenty of room to be comfortable. It seems to have more room than my Tahoe I traded in. It has good acceleration and handles well. I love the air-cooled and heated seats. It has a nice, solid ride. I am very happy with my Traverse. I traded in my 2021 GMC Acadia Denali, which I was very unhappy with.

Austin Rizzotti was very professional and made the purchase of our new auto a real pleasure. He never pressured us to make a sale. The experience was different from any other car buying we have had.

For the price and the advancement of cars you would think the LT would have more “bells and whistles”. I had to pay separately to have the remote start added. Also no roof racks, tow hitch, side mirror defrosters, ect. The lt model is pretty much just the basic. If your looking for that I would look at the next up level LX I think. Over all no issues yet and my wife loves the car.

Brian Gauthier was super-friendly, informative and made the process as painless and efficient as I have ever seen, and his tag-team partner in finance James Gavenas made the finishing touches of signing the final paperwork simple and fast, while clearly explaining all options and everything I was signing. and they gave me a great deal- Brian on the vehicle and James on the protection.

My sales rep Jason was a superstar! I had a BAD weekend which resulted in my car being hydrolocked as a result of driving through high tide/full moon waters on the Jersey shore... bottom line: NEW engine $15k. I needed a vehicle replacement FAST. All American Chevrolet had my car (2020 Traverse) and Jason MADE IT HAPPEN! Dropped in at 10:30am to chat... Drove out @ 1:00pm with my new (to me) vehicle. Just picked up my brand new 2019 Traverse and I can’t thank East Hills Chevy enough. Joe (the manager) and Anita in sales are amazing and totally knocked it out of the park. My husband and myself went to East Hills looking for a 2022 Equinox our salesman was George. I can't say enough about him, he didn't force us into anything and worked with us to keep in our budget. If you need a new car go to East Hills and ask for George!!!!!!

I always enter a new dealership with hesitation; will they have integrity while conducting sales, or be xxxxxxxx going for the quick buck? East Hills was great to work with: clearly a professional and efficient dealership and Paul Whaley, my salesperson, was incredibly thorough in answering my questions and fully accommodating, but never pushy. Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review). When it's time for my new truck, I'll surely return.

Me and my wife were interested in purchasing a new Chevy - once we entered the showroom our salesperson John Perlazza was incredibly knowledgeable regarding the automobiles in the Chevy family. He was not pushy, but very helpful with us on the right car to choose. In the end we purchased two Chevy Trax automobiles. My wife and I bought a pre-owned Suburban we saw on Cars.com and ended up going to the dealership. We worked with Joe, Bruce and Christian they were all great. They even offered us lunch because we were there for a bit longer than we would have liked. But buying a vehicle isn't like buying a slice of pizza. We love our Suburban! Highly recommend.
