Scott Viau was a very patient and helpful sales rep. I was not sure I really was looking for a Jeep , but he found an excellent vehicle choice for me and did not pressure me . Once the transaction was completed he spent a great deal of time showing me all of the many features found on this car. He helped pair my wife and my phones and truly made me a future customer.

It's an excellent vehicle for larger families. I have six large adults that I haul around. Each and everyone has plenty of room to be comfortable. It seems to have more room than my Tahoe I traded in. It has good acceleration and handles well. I love the air-cooled and heated seats. It has a nice, solid ride. I am very happy with my Traverse. I traded in my 2021 GMC Acadia Denali, which I was very unhappy with.

I called Wally Edgar when I saw advertising for sign and drive. Our lease end was fast approaching. My husband usually takes care of buying/leasing our vehicles, but he has been ill since before Christmas and is immune compromised. We have leased our vehicles from Graff in Davison (also purchased 2 new cars there in the past and have been more than happy there but we liked the idea of sign and drive since money is tight for us right now.) I called Wally Edgar and spoke to Brad Hammond. I explained our situation and he took care of all of the details. We took care of all of the paper work on the phone, through emails and Brad even had the new truck delivered to us. He was awesome and the whole experience was stress-free for us. Great customer service and fast car service. Had an oil change. The lobby was very clean and comfortable. You could watch TV while waiting for you car. Water, tea, coffee were offered.

For the price and the advancement of cars you would think the LT would have more “bells and whistles”. I had to pay separately to have the remote start added. Also no roof racks, tow hitch, side mirror defrosters, ect. The lt model is pretty much just the basic. If your looking for that I would look at the next up level LX I think. Over all no issues yet and my wife loves the car.
