Lynch and their entire team is amazing. It is very clear that some people here (and on other sites) are more worried about trolling other people / people’s businesses than they are worried about themselves. If you actually understand that dealers have to make a little money to stay in business, then all is well. If you are one of the miserable “whiny” customers out there then just work on it yourself or buy it on-line!

Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

When I got there, I was told that the asking price for the car had been increased by $2500 because of some work they had done with the safety systems. I could obtain no more detailed explanation. I ended up buying it based on the originally posted price. I was a bit disturbed, but I know it wasn't the idea of the salesman, but more the idea of the sales manager who knew I was very interested in the car. But the salesman was wonderful, as was the financing guy. (I ended up not getting the extended maintenance or their financing, but he never pushed a thing.) Nice car with a smooth drive, interior and some items could be improved when talking about a Premier version, as the back seat of drivers side does not lift for a 3 row passenger to get in. The one I bought unfortunately the rear camera and parking system was not working after a week, which I took to dealership for a warranty review, a new system was ordered, but so far it has not arrived yet after almost a month after and I still not have a date to when it will be fixed.

I work 3rd. So I set up an appointment online. They set me up with Dylan. Dylan contacted me via text. Asked what I'm in the market for. I gave Dylan a run down. We set up a day & time. When I arrived Dylan had A few trucks lined up & ready to go. I gave more in detail on what I was in need of. One being the 3.5 twin turbo. Found a truck after looking at several of them. Only issue at the time was no trailer hitch. One of my requirements. Dylan had that taken care of. Kunes paid for the new hitch to be installed. Everything went smooth from start to end. Dylan is a great guy to work with & made everything pretty much pain free. Even took care of lunch. What happens next is what is Important. After a month of owning the F150. I put new rims & tires along with running boards. Come to only find out one major thing was wrong. It didn't have the 3.5 twin but the 2.7. Lets just say I was pretty upset & felt taken for. stuck with a truck I couldn't use. I left a pretty crappy review. I contacted Jesse the general manager. I Explained the situation. He talked to Dylan & got back to me the same day. Dylan being a standup guy owned up to the mistake & both Dylan & Jesse went more than out of their way to make all right. They got me a bigger truck more than I expected it to be. They removed the rims & tires from the one truck to the other. The truck they got me was clearly worth much more money But kept the number the same. Mistakes happen for a reason. How those mistakes are handled is what's key. Kunes stepped up to the mistake ^ made it right. Thank You!! They proved to have an honest sales team & proved they want you to leave happy. They have my trust

What a nice smooth ride the Traverse gives you. Looks good, sounds good and has enough power to pull what I need. The look and technology are awesome. Be careful when you first drive it, it’s smooth enough to get you a ticket. If you’re thinking of an Explorer, go drive the 2 and 10 out of 10 times you’ll pick the Traverse.

I drove a 2011 Chevrolet Travers and in 2018 decided I wanted a car. Sooo I figured I’d trade it in and what a mistake that was my family then grew again and we are very much needing to up size again. My Traverse rode very good. I had lots of people tell me how much they loved the room that a Traverse offered I also liked that. The ride was very smooth and just very much comfortable. So I’d like to go back to a Traverse and stick with it. I’m retired and ready to travel some. So I’d like to go in comfort.

Ours sales person was excellent, without Cecilia I don?t think we would of made it through the long process. Getting a trade in for our car took way to long. They need speed up the process! Also the finance part was backed way up and also need to speed that up!
