One of the best car shopping experiences ive had, todd, abraham, mark and brenn are the best, in my opinion theyre this dealerships “A” team , the level of customer service was obsurdly over the top, but it was just the experience that was nothing short of flawless, i was given a great deal which great because there wasnt any haggling , they did what i wanted and were an absolute great team to deal with!! Honestly i could rave on and on bout this place but if youre looking for a car 20/10 recommend the A team over at coggin honda!!! OIl change was quick. They keep you updated and send a video of the oil change. Price is reasonable and the associates are friendly

I went to the quick service and had the oil changed. In the process i ask him to check the air in my tires because 1 showed low. I was told there was a nail in my tire and needed to be patched. Michael Arnott was awesome to get it done in a timely manner and giving me advice on upcoming issues.

He was very professional and happy to answer our questions. We explained our price range and the type of vehicles we were interested in. My husband and I were pressed for time that day so we exchanged emails. The same day Randy sent photos for us to review. He understood that we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and was willing to work with us until the right car came along. At no time did we feel pressured or hassled. Seven days after meeting Randy we were test driving vehicles. My husband and I were still undecided until he showed us one of the cars he included in an email. I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer
