I have the Z71 Traverse. I love the body style, its performance and the way it handles on the road. It is exactly what I wanted!

I had never taken my Sierra Denali in on a Saturday before and found the staff very efficient. Miranda Collier is well informed and very efficient. I was very pleased with the service and my pickup came back oil changeed, tires checked, and vehicle washed-- pleasant surprise! It needed it! Suggestion, I arrived at ~7:15 am and waited at the gate to the service department. There was a long line of vehicles after me. The gate infront of Express lub was opened first and the back of the vehicle queue or line came in and formed 3 lines. the service deparment gate was opened so I ended up well behind where I intended. Suggest opening the service department gate first because it gives more space for the vehicles to queue (long line) that is off the street. Another suggestion is to place cones that direct the traffic into two lines, if that is what is desired. Vehicles had to back up and jockey some back and forth to get into two lines keeping everyone in sequence behind those that came in express gate but were actually at the back of the vehicle queue. The young man helping was very courteous and thoughtfu in the process.

I purchased a 2024 Chevy Traverse RS AWD and it’s the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. Chevy did its best to provide a great, functional vehicle which looks great and drives even better. The Super Cruise is a game changer for road trips. I love to drive and this vehicle just made planes obsolete to this retiree!

I have my XT4 serviced here always. Use the valet service, and it makes it easy. Also car always washed before returning makes a great service better.

I contacted this dealership regarding an F350 they had just received and was put in contact with a salesperson (Robert). Robert was very helpful and courteous throughout the entire negotiation process. A few days later I flew in to Boise and Robert met me at the airport to shuttle me to the dealership. Everything was fine except, I was told they could do the repairs then after waiting, they told me they did 't have the parts needed. In compensation, they let me have a lease car for over the weekend for free.
