The Super Cruise is a game changer for road trips. I love to drive and this vehicle just made planes obsolete to this retiree!

Phillips Chevrolet was EXCELLENT. My amazing team consisted of: Jordan my salesman that closed the deal, Anthony the manager, and Rami the first salesman I spoke to. I was on a mission. I began an aggressive search for a car for my daughters 21st bday. I needed her in a safe used car, with low miles. I picked Phillips Chevrolet by accident, after I had a horrific experience with another dealership. The night before I paid the other dealership 18,800 cash for a 2024 Altima, but canceled the wire after they argued with me- and refused- to make me a 2nd key. Phillips didn't argue about ANYTHING. They showed me a fabulous car- a 2022 Corolla with low miles. It was a $400 difference, and the BEST $400 I have spent. I left the dealership laughing with the manager, hugging the salesman, and promising to buy all my future cars from them. They did not haggle with me, and I respected their position on the pricing. They went down a few hundred, but couldn't any further--- it was already below market value. My husband checked and said it was way under priced. My brother who is a large man- gave it a xxxx of a test drive- through the back woods, fast turns, up hills, etc. I fussed at him for shaking up the car. He said it was a strong car, that rode smoothly. I felt good that they weren't selling me a lemon. To guarantee they weren't - we negotiated to include the extended bumper to bumper warranty. I went back the next day to pick up a clean, freshly washed car. At the other dealership I was nervous when I signed, and second guessed myself all throughout the deal. Whereas, I was thrilled and excited about the car from Phillips Chevrolet. I gladly wired them the $19,000 + and took photos of my car. After taking photos with everyone, and my brother getting his $100 referral (which he didn't share with me :(.. LOL. My husband came to thank them for not causing me to "snap off" like the other dealership. He said - now he can have Peace in the House. After the hugs, photos, and jokes they gifted me with sweatshirts, hats, and bags. Now I can buy a big red bow, and give it to my daughter. I'm making her wear the sweatshirt and hat for the photos. Unfortunately, the car I was interested in had already been sold. However, the sales team remained courteous and did not pressure me into considering other vehicles. I absolutely loved Mr. Mike Haggerty's cheerful attitude presented during my car shopping experience. He went out of his way to make sure I was totally satisfied with the purchase, and he made sure the applications needed were downloaded before I left the lot. I can honestly say, of all the years that I've shopped for cars (over 40+ years), this is the first time I've encountered someone who made me feel as if I was a part of his family. I saw a van listed on Carfax for this dealer. I filled out the request info page ad almost immediatley was contacted by Jesse, that was on a Sunday . Monday we went in and test drove the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy, no showing us more expensive vehicles. We were allowed to test drive without the salesman. Our salesman was Jim. He worked with us to get a payment we could afford. Only one minor hiccup. We were told there were 2 keys available ,but then after all was agreed on ,there was only one . we were told they would et us the second key. They would come pick up the van get the key programed and brig the van back( we are an hour away from the dealer. As promised key was ordered Tues ,Wed the van was picked up an new key was made . They kept the promise that they made.

THE SALE CONSULANT OMAR WAS NICE AND DIDNT PRESSURE ME AND WAS PATIENT WHICH I LIKED BYING A NEW CAR ECAUSE I DONT LIKE TO FEEL PRESSURE INTO BUYING A CAR. THE BUSINESS MANAGER DENNIS R. WAS GREAT HE WAS FRIENDLY AND ALSO MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS OF ALL THE PAPER WORK THAT GOES INTO BUYING A CAR CAN BE NERVE WRECKING. BUT HE MADE IT A SMOOTH AND FAST PROCESS THE BEST THUS FAR I EVER HAD WHEN PURCHASING A CAR. after shopping around at a few chevy dealers i was at Jerry Haggerty and met Steve B. Steve was very helpful and knows a lot about the different cars chevy has as well as the differences between the many trim levels. We were really hoping to get another Impala after losing ours in a Total Loss accident a few months ago. We ended up selecting an Equinox although we were 99% sure on the Trax until we found it a little easier to get in and out of the Equinox. If you need a nice , patient, easy going salesperson that actually listens.. go to Jerry Haggerty and ask for Steve B!!
