Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealwership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate.

I brought the car in and it immediately was placed in line. Mateo Orosco was very helpful. As a general comment, I wish I had a better comprehensive explanation of what happened to the part to be replaced. I am still not sure if it was a problem from the manufacturer or from incidents that took place while driving. It is concerning that a manufacturing defect was not covered by the company. In general, I am relieved that the problem has been taken care of and that the service was effective and professional.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and service provided by Kareem. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in and helped us through the purchasing process explaing details. I went to see if there was a car to my liking within my budget. I was greeted by the salesman named Raidel. He was very pleasant and professional. He proceeded to show me different makes and makes. I chose a suv. The finance manager named Kelly got the best rates and terms for my budget. I bought the suv. The overall process was relatively smooth.

Purchasing process was fast and smooth. Jorge was super friendly, honest and very helpful. I purchase a 2025 silverado and it had everything I was expecting. I was there for about 3 hours and deal closed!! They made me feel welcomed and worked with me to get the truck I wanted.

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!
