I took my car in for a oil change only. The oil change took longer than expected. When they let me know it was done the guy apologized. When it was time to pay, he told me it was on them.

We were so happy with Spitzer and their service when we were looking for a new vehicle. Dave Krasinski was wonderful and very good at listening to what our needs were. Frank and Dominic were great when we went back to finalize our purchase. All in all it was a great experience and we highly recommend Spitzer of Northfield if shopping for a vehicle. Very good, helpful people, easy to get appointment and helpful with setting up the recall handled by Paul. Service is great. Car repair done very well. One suggestion, if a customer is waiting longer than the quoted time, a follow up every hour would be good.

When I went to SERPENTINI CHEVROLET to purchase a used 2012 SRX. I had really excellent credit. I made a big GIGANTIC mistake. On 4 APRIL of this year I purchased a used 2012 SRX with 145,000 miles on it. Going in to the deal, I did not realize how hard it was going to be to get someone to finance a vehicle with that many miles on it, and at 12 years old in car years. This SRX is considered to be an OLD, over the HILL motor vehicle on LIFE SUPPORT. In other words this 2012 SRX needs a MAJOR HEART TRANSPLANT. I am still getting loan TURNED DOWN NOTICES in the mail. It has been over ONE MONTH since I drove it off the lot. I am currently making the TURNED down NOTICES that keep coming in the mail into a big GIGANTIC roll of toilet paper.

I purchased a used 2024 Seltos. Our sales guy Tim was super friendly & Funny. But before we sign the paperwork I asked our sales person Tim how many keys for the car. He told me 2 keys. This was on Saturday, so there was no bank open. By the time we finished & decide that we were gonna buy the vehicle. So we had to go back on monday with the check. I asked him about the key and he's working on it. I called him when I got the title. Ask him again where the second key was and again. He told me he's working on it. So if I finally I decided to purchase a key at Kia $295.00 Plus Two program at is $75.00. I'm not posting this to be mean. I'm just posting for people to have their heads up when they promise something and they don't follow through at the dealership. I'm very happy with my car.

My rating of 5 was solely based on Jude. He did everything possible to help me out and was very respectful and understanding. My heartfelt thanks to him. (No deal was made due to financing. With over 1,000 vehicles, serpentini could GIVE them away.
