After having a not so great experience at Boch Chevy, they made it right. I went from being upset and thought I was not going back but you have to remember that not everywhere is perfect! They fixed what they had to on my truck and we drove back and forth to Florida with no issues. I went also from not trusting them to scheduling my next visit. I will say if you have any issues. Talk with them about it and explain what you would like. I have bought all of my trucks from them and a car and never had issues until recently. Given the problems with the pandemic, shortage of help and knowledge, they truly have gotten me to the point of trusting them again! Don't give up!

In search of a low mileage, newer vehicle to replace our 8 year old pickup with a well-equipped replacement, we found an ultra-low mileage, full-featured high-efficiency pickup at Imperial. Firas Ektilah was friendly, professional and well-informed to answer our questions and provide a test drive and all of the vehicle information I needed to determine the vehicle and options are an exceptional value and We negotiated a vehicle price that was highly competitive and provided top value for our trade, which was previously purchased from Firas. We then completed the purchase and sale with Ohmar, who took the time to review the extended warrantee on our trade and provided as much of an extended warrantee on our purchase that was in our budget. The vehicle was then professionally cleaned inside-out and filled with fuel. This proved to be the easiest, most valued vehicle purchase experience we've ever experienced! We look forward to returning to Imperial Chevrolet to have the vehicle serviced, as they have provided exceptional service to all of our vehicles, including one we didn't originally purchase there. We've also been impressed with the competitive service rates and timely discounts Imperial Chevrolet has provided when service is due on any one of our vehicles. When it comes time to replace a vehicle, Imperial is the first and likely last stop we'll make!

I found a vehicle for my daughter that fit all the parameters that we were looking for at Copeland Chevrolet, which I have never visited or dealt with previously and it turned out to be one of the best buying experiences I?ve ever had in the past 35 years of buying vehicles. I worked on the floor directly with Kevin, who worked with me from start to finish and during this time I met Mr. Buchanan, who answered a ton of my questions about this used vehicle since I?ve never even purchased this brand before, Mr.Matta with car warranty questions and had an opportunity to speak with Mr. Reed, who was also exceptional to deal with, was positive and super informative. It?s people like these that make consumers like myself come back over and over again. I purchased my 2023 Trail Blazer from Kevern P., after a brief conversation made me feel important and that I could trust him in that I was going to be treated fairly. I did not go into Tasca looking to buy at that time, however I left with my new vehicle. On 9/13/2023 I brought my vehicle in for a recall to have a part installed that wasn't available at build time. I met Tiffany P., in service and was welcomed and explained what had to be done and how long it would take. Tiffany was right on target and very pleasant / easy to work with. I had to have a tire replaced. A plug which was leaking air was located on a sidewall. The visit was fine.

Have always had a good experience at McLaughlin Chevrolet service department. They did what I asked and completed the work and I was on my way. they are professional and courteous. The price for the work was reasonable

Sean and Derek couldn't have been more considerate or helpful. Their reponse time and helpfulness were extraordinary. Sean made arrangements for Mike to meet us at the ferry, which saved us 3 hours of driving time! We have dealt with many new car purchases and never had service such as that. All three men were a pleasure to deal with!

It cost a lot to get the car repaired.. overall dealership is good but every six months I need to spend $300 on service? it?s very costly to afford a car.
