5+ years ago I leased and serviced a car from them. My experience was great. I since bought a car elsewhere and went to a couple of other places to get it serviced due to where I worked. I wish I would have stayed at Runde. One of the places I went to was a dealership in Dubuque. They were horrible. I highly recommend Runde! They pick up your car even just for an oil change, they are organized, and remember the mileage sticker in the window. They are so pleasant to work with. I had seen on their website that U-J Cheverlet had a lot of nice used trucks and decided to go there and see for myself. When I arrived I was greeted by sales person Jody Frost. Jody was very warm and very friendly and wanted me to feel comfortable about viewing every truck on the lot before I made any decisions. I found the truck of my dreams. A Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 Texas Edition. Jody was very knowledgeable about every function and button on this truck. Which is good because I was lost and it had so many. He took the time and explained each feature and made me feel confident about my purchase. The rest of the staff made my purchase easy and I was confident about Doing business there. Thanks to Jody and the Team I now drive a beautiful Black Silverado 1500 Z71 Texas Edition which my girlfriend loves to sit in.
