2021 GMC Yukon Diesel Emission Service
Richard the service advisor and Brian the diesel mechanic worked as a team to get the vehicle properly diagnosed and properly repaired. Two other GM local dealers were not able/willing to help me.... even though this was a warranty issue?? There was even a code thrown that the mechanic had not seen and ultimately led to a TSB generated from GM!! All and all Richard and Brian were able to get things completed in a timely manner and I was very pleased with his continued communication along the way. Great Experience!!

very clean inviting place. The manager lady greeted us when we arrived, we were attended immediately by a very polite young salesman. Only disappointing thing was that we were given a written % rate and when we finished the deal the person that does all the finishing paper work, I believe the finance manager, had a higher interest rate, I was upset about that but I really wanted to get the vehicle, as a birthday present and did not want to do it all over because my credit score was already pulled and I wanted to give the surprise to my wife.

Nick, the young man who assisted me was attentive, kind and knowledgeable about the PT Cruiser as well as being thoroughly professional. He is an asset to AutoNation - Colonial. He did not push or try and upselling, allowing me to make up my mind, yet being available and knowledgeable enough to answer my questions. His manager, equally professional and kind asked if the dealership met my number, would I buy the car. Well, of course I said yes, and the deal was struck.
