I had Dhruv as my sales agent. He was amazing. I started this process from my computer and had a brief conversation with Dhruv on the phone and he had the perfect truck waiting for me when I arrived. I live 30-35 minutes away so for Dhruv having taken the time to call and understand what I wanted and then being ready when I arrived meant a lot to me. Micheal S. Is professional, knowledgeable and communicates in a timely manner. My Chevy Ss was recently in for general service. I was told the calipers on the Brembro brakes were seized up and needed replacing however part is no longer manufactured. My car remained in the shop for10 days while a search for part was ongoing and Mike was away. Monday I received a call that calipers were functioning and performing. I am not sure I was convinced that this story was true as initial diagnostic seemed drastic. There was no charge. I trust Micheal when he conveyed faith in proper function of my brakes. I will trust him in future service for my vehicle as he conveys interest in overseeing proper care of my car.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.
