Absolutely outstanding! It's been almost 10 years since I purchased a new vehicle and have never really enjoyed the experience. I reserved/ordered the new 2021 Bronco and prior to the hardtop delays was their #1 allocation outside of the 2 priority orders. Alison Brock handles their new vehicle reservations and did a superb job. Her attention to detail and always being available to answer my random questions via phone, text and email were greatly appreciated. I also really appreciated the several times where she simply mentioned "I'm not sure, I'll follow-up with Ford". Her transparency throughout this process went a long way and it helped to bounce different ideas off of her and to get her advice as a fellow Bronco reservation holder (i.e., switching to soft top vs holding out for the hard top and implications etc.). I did not envy Alison's position handling the Bronco orders as there was so much out of her and the dealership's control as they were dependent on Ford to replace MIC hardtops, delays in shipping etc. Also, the dealership sales staff was great to deal with at delivery including some last minute challenges with the PDI and car cleaning staff being out unexpectedly. Paul from the finance staff had all of the paperwork queued up ahead of time and definitely met my hopes of not being at the dealership hours on end the night of delivery. He was extremely knowledgeable and had the patience to answer all of my questions around warranties and maintenance plans etc. Additionally, I'm sure you've all seen the forums with all of the dealership horror stories starting to pop-up regarding ADMs (Additional Dealer Mark-ups) and surprise price increases at times of delivery. Andy Graves (General Sales Manager) communication was very clear and direct from the beginning and there were no surprises. We had negotiated a price ahead of ordering and the dealership stuck to it with no games. Given the crazy times we live in with the pandemic, combined with spending way too much time on the forums there was a lot of uncertainty and Andy eliminated any worries or concerns. I also contacted numerous local Ford Dealers and none of them replied as directly and cordially as Andy did (including one that tried to educate me on Supply and Demand and the impacts on pricing!). I appreciate your integrity throughout the entire process! In addition, with my daughter unexpectedly totaling her car we were left in a predicament being down a car and scrambling with the uncertainty of a delivery time for our Bronco. The dealership went above and beyond, not only providing a loaner car that could've been a Ford Edge or Escape (no offense :), but provided a sweet Cyber Orange Bronco for 2.5 weeks without hesitation. There is no hesitation in recommending this dealership and I plan to use them in the future (hmmm, I have a Lightning reservation.....) Thanks for all you guys do!

This was my third purchase from Terry Cullen Southlake Chevrolet. Excellent service. From the time you walk on the property you are greeted and all questions are answered in a manner of polite, respectful, and professional. When you walk in the door friendly greeting. I already knew my salesman from a previous purchase and I had called ahead. He helped me find the truck I was interested in. Walked me through the process and the financial Manager walked me through that process. When all things were completed, I walked out a happy customer.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. I called on Saturday about a infinity g37. Greg answered my call and said ask for him when I came in. When I got there the place was super busy but everyone was friendly. I asked for Greg he already had the car out front for us. He was open and honest about the car. It's a used car at a great price but never would I of thought the salesman would be honest about the condition of it. We test drove it and decided to buy. Greg treated us with respect and honesty through the whole process. I asked that a sensor that Greg told us about be changed and the car given a oil change. Greg said it would be Monday before the car was ready. Greg called me early Monday afternoon and said the car was ready. I came in and completed the sale. I can't speak for anyone else at this dealership but if you want a honest salesman and to be treated right ask for Greg.

Mr. Klause was my sales guy and HE WAS AWESOME!! No haggling. I told him what I wanted. I told him my budget and he made it happen!! I'm driving my dream car! Ms. Anita was AWESOME too at signing!
