Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

I had a good experience, the staff was friendly and helpful clean and the showroom was very clean. Good choice of vehicles as far as models and colors.

I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.

My son got into a terrible accident, where he got hit from behind by someone going at high speed, and his Trax got absolutely smashed into the car ahead of him. The tires were sideways and the car looked mangled. He walked out of it with no injury. Chevy for the safety win!

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was done in a timely manner. I have no complaints and I was informed I had points saved up to pay for it!

This is a follow up on my previous notation from thos morning. I spoke with the service manager. Fortunately he was just brief by my service rep. He told me to give him a couple of hours to get back to me. He called me an hour and half. Very polite and understanding. He took the time to break it all down with me. It was unfortunate for me GM used plastic fuel lines instead of rubber. Completely dried out lines are cracking and brittle from the fuel pump to both tanks. All lines need to be replace. I could of just told them to put it back together. But it would have been an unsafe vehicle. I guess thats what happens when you fall in love with a 2008 LS3...Good people at lunghamner chey.. Super fast service on my brakes! very satisfied! I took my car in on 1-15-25, and they completely replaced my rotors, the pads, and flushed the brake lines. I appreciated getting my car back on the road within a day!

Price of replacing headlight bulb on the Chevrolet Equinox is ridiculous. Service department is always friendly and had previously explained how much it would cost.

As I mentioned in my earlier comments, the kindness and patience shown by serviceman Brian, was especially appreciated. Being of a particular age and moving a tad bit slower, can be challenging. But his calmness and patience actually in waiting on me eased my anxiety.

This is the closest Chevy dealer to my house, very nice place. The prices need to be lower.
