I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

I never had to step foot in to Felix Chevrolet, which is one reason why I gave Felix 5 stars. This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made in my life. Everything was done over email including Docusign, credit check, getting the appropriate terms needed to do the deal at all. Once all set and done, our sales guy Jonathon drove over an hour to us during traffic time to deliver the car to us with a red bow that I asked for so we could surprise our son and get photos of him with his new truck. I will be sharing our experience with as many people that I can. Thank you for such a smooth purchase.

Jonathan was outstanding. Got me what I needed and I was in and out within an hour and a half. That was incredible considering I came in at 3:30 last minute. Can?t say enough about his service. Service Rep - explained everything well and was thorough. Helped me take advantage of the deals they had on four tire replacement. Service saw a small leak in my coolant tank and I was able to come back the following week to have the warranty cover the work
