Very sporty looking, economical and fun to drive car without breaking the bank. It’s is my second one sold 2024 model after driving 40k never given me trouble. Exterior and interior is next level you won’t get bored of. Don’t get fooled with the 3 cylinder I don’t even realize how quick it hits 150 kmph on hi-way. I figured with high octane gas it’s even faster you can think of. Hope this helps.

I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

I was visiting the area for an extended weekend 800 miles from home, when on Friday evening the dash showed a check engine light, the information center warned about a transmission issue. First thing Saturday morning I called Biggers, and spoke with Mike, the service manager, who said they were booked up, but would be willing to check the diagnostic trouble codes. I arrived at Biggers, and noticed that the repair shop was very large, busy, clean, and well organized. The assistant service manager, also named Mike, checked the codes, showing issues with the transmission. He conferred with their transmission technician, who advised to either leave or tow the car, as there could be potential for a catastrophic failure. While we were waiting for a rental car, Mike came out to say that he'd found a Technical Service Bulletin describing the problem with the recommended fix being to load new software on the transmission control module. I agreed to go ahead; they did the recommended service, and 45 minutes later the car was back on the road. In the 1000 miles I've driven since, the car has been perfect. I really appreciate Mike going out of his way to fit in a stranded out-of-towner for an emergency repair on a busy Saturday morning. If I were local, I'd definitely be back for future service work.

My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.

I scheduled an appointment to have my bed treated with a spray on bed liner. I went in and they gave me a complimentary ride home. A couple hours later they called to let me know it was ready. So professional, so efficient.

For me that says a lot so I?ll be a constant customer. Drove 3 hours to purchase a used Nissan Frontier from Marisol Morales at Phillips Chevy in Lansing. In 30+ years of buying cars, this was among the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've ever had. Very friendly and accommodating, and Marisol did such a great job keeping in touch by phone & e-mail. Super-professional and wonderful to work with. Did I enjoy 3 hours there and 3 hours back ? Our sales consultant was John Lee. My husband and I were looking to buy a 2025 Equinox. John was probably the most patient, fair and knowledgeable salesperson I've ever worked with in all the years of us purchasing vehicle. My 12 1/2 year old Volt is hanging in there because of the skill, knowledge, and great work by the team at Chevy Exchange. I called a few days before Christmas to describe a problem. They got me in the morning after Christmas. A part was needed so they kept my car and a nice young gentleman drove me home.
