My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

I only buy from Jeremey Raynor because he makes sure everything is correct. He make sure I get what I want and the deal is done correctly . Without him I would not be as happy as I am with the deal. I only buy from Jeremey Raynor because he Is the best.

The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

We own two other GM products. I was getting service at our local dealership and heard a customer Raving about the Chevy TRAX. While waiting, I decided to test drive a TRAX. Could Not believe the performance from this 1.2 litre Turbocharged engine. The interior is Large and has more amenities than you would ever need. At a list price of 24,500 and 30+ mpg it's an unbelievable Value! Didn't really Need a new vehicle but I bought it and I can't get my Wife out of it. We both love this vehicle. Gonna sell one of the other two mainly because they don't get driven because we always get in the TRAX. I Highly Recommend this vehicle to All age groups. Affordable, Safe, Economical and if you need storage space, this is the Best out there at an unbelievable Price Point. You can buy with confidence....

The work to install a hitch on my Blazer EV went as planned. Also had the cars tires rotated and all other systems checked with a free courtesy inspection.

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

Very pleased with the radiator replacement and related work done on April 3. Very prompt scheduling for service at West Herr Express in Williamsville, NY. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Comfortable and spacious waiting area with TV and free coffee, etc.

I was quite surprised about the no-pressure buying experience I had when I went to look at a car I saw on the internet. Just bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4. Great communication prior to the test drive. Mike answered all my questions about fees, features, and price. He even drive the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Everything done to the car prior to sale was done properly (new tires, brakes all around) and the car was everything they said it was with no surprises. They even filled up the tank.
