I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

My salesperson was Larry Webb. When my mother and I went in she was just looking, I was not. Larry did everything in his power to convince my mother to get the truck that I saw online and that we went there looking for. It was absolutely perfect! When I say he did everything he could, I mean EVERYTHING! He was perfect. Needless to say, we bought the truck and are extremely happy!

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

Nate was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through each part step by step. We got a good deal on the vehicle. Definitely worth the drive.

My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

Our sales person was very helpful and a hard worker.i would buy another car from this dealer. All of the employees were very helpful.

The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

Worked with Jamal. Very quick to respond and thorough. They calculate the clean energy credit and tax and fees correctly unlike a lot of dealers that overcharge them (do your math). This dealership seems to have a good reputation and I understand why. Stay away from the ones with poor reviews unless you can do your own calculations!

The experience I had at Bob Bell was wonderful. I initially went to visit the dealership with the mindset to purchase a used vehicle, quickly after arriving I was informed that the vehicle I was interested in had sold. When I first enter the dealership everyone was very welcoming. Joshua was my salesman. He was very polite and respectful. He took me out on a test run and answered all my questions about the Chevy Trak. Susan who did the financial part of it was also friendly and was doing everything she could to get me in the car I wanted. We stayed in the monthly payment range I wanted and got it done. Corey realize I could get a better financial deal so he called me in. I was most impressed with no one being pushy. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
