I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

I had to have my car serviced twice in the same week. I had 2 nails in two different tires. It was a very stressful time for me. They took me in without an appointment and got me out very quickly and on my way

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

I travel from Manassas to Baltimore to purchase a car because i went to different dealers, and they couldn?t help me because they were asking a big amount of deposit. My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was there for a oil change so I waited. I was offered coffee etc. It was less than an hour and I was done. I always have my vehicle service there because they are fast and good customer service.

My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

YOU ARE FAMILY: I had the pleasure of bringing my 2022 Chevy Suburban to Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. German and Mike went above and beyond to ensure I understood the repair process, providing clear explanations and keeping me updated every step of the way. They made sure I felt like a valued customer, not just another service appointment. The communication was consistent and transparent, which made me feel at ease throughout the process. FAST REPAIR: The repair itself was completed efficiently, and my Suburban has been running like new ever since. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and expertise in handling such an important repair. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention to detail the team at Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie demonstrated. They exceeded my expectations in every way. The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

We called in expressing interest in a SUPRA Launch Edition and JESSE did his homework in advance, he knew all of the right answers and was able to answer any question we may have had, a conversation with him felt like a winning round of jeopardy. We ended up purchasing the car, sight unseen and relied heavily on all of his answers. He was very thorough with photos and videos, didn’t matter the time of day or night when I sent a text, he replied. He got us the exact price we wanted, worked with our transporter to make sure the car was secured and hauled away for delivery. Worked with Jamal. Very quick to respond and thorough. They calculate the clean energy credit and tax and fees correctly unlike a lot of dealers that overcharge them (do your math). This dealership seems to have a good reputation and I understand why. Stay away from the ones with poor reviews unless you can do your own calculations!
