I am in the US Navy and my Ship was set to get underway the next day. German and Mike went above and beyond to help me. They pulled their lead transmission tech in to get a quick diagnostic of what the problem was. Just when I thought there was no hope, Mike and German worked on a solution that enabled me to drive down to VA Beach the same day while my car was getting repaired. When you go here, you feel like you are important, you feel like you are cared about, you feel like you are a part of their family. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNPARRELLED TO ANY SHOP IN THE AREA: The customer service was outstanding! German and Mike went above and beyond to ensure I understood the repair process, providing clear explanations and keeping me updated every step of the way. They made sure I felt like a valued customer, not just another service appointment. The communication was consistent and transparent, which made me feel at ease throughout the process. FAST REPAIR: The repair itself was completed efficiently, and my Suburban has been running like new ever since. My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

Larry Williams at the Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac dealership showed wonderful customer service for my purchase of the 2024 CHEVROLET TRAX 1RS FWD. He was very patient and kind to me and my mother. The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

We own two other GM products. I was getting service at our local dealership and heard a customer Raving about the Chevy TRAX. While waiting, I decided to test drive a TRAX. Could Not believe the performance from this 1.2 litre Turbocharged engine. The interior is Large and has more amenities than you would ever need. At a list price of 24,500 and 30+ mpg it's an unbelievable Value! Didn't really Need a new vehicle but I bought it and I can't get my Wife out of it. We both love this vehicle. Gonna sell one of the other two mainly because they don't get driven because we always get in the TRAX. I Highly Recommend this vehicle to All age groups. Affordable, Safe, Economical and if you need storage space, this is the Best out there at an unbelievable Price Point. You can buy with confidence....

I scheduled an appointment for my car to be serviced with Mr. Medric Mills based on past experience. I was greeted and he explained what needed to be done and the estimated cost. I went to the waiting room, and he told me he would come and let me know when the service had been completed. After explaining the service done, he also informed me when future repairs were due. My experience was excellent with the best customer service.

Needed to get a replacement key fob for a company car with a fleet management service. Mohammad completed all the paperwork and obtained the approval from the fleet manager. He did a great job.

I recently purchased a 2025 Corvette Z06 at this dealership and I had a great experience! Jack, who was my salesman, helped me and went above and beyond throughout the whole process and made my buying experience great. He was so helpful, made sure I knew everything about my car and was always there to answer all of my questions. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met, and he even personally drove the car I purchased all the way to my home in Virginia. Jack is AMAZING and I would come back just for him. Hamza was also extremely kind and helpful and very intelligent. He made sure I was informed about all finance aspects of the car and he made sure I made the right choice when purchasing my maintenance plan. He has always been so helpful and even to this day if I have any questions, he is always there to help me. Please promote these two employees because they are absolutely amazing and the stars of that dealership!
