New and used 2025 Chevrolet Trax for sale near Big Bend, WI

Ours sales person was excellent, without Cecilia I don?t think we would of made it through the long process. Getting a trade in for our car took way to long. They need speed up the process! Also the finance part was backed way up and also need to speed that up!

I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

Bought my 2018 Equinox in August 2023. Great professional & friendly customer service provided by Randy and Kevin. But my recent maintainence appointment was so outstanding. Pedro from the Service department was going to have to order my a new tire resulting in a return trip to the dealership. I was kind of dreading that, even though they offer free popcorn, water and coffee. But when I came back to get my car after an oil change, fluids topped off, wheels rotated etc.I was pleasantly surprised, Pedro called around to other Lynch Dealership, found a tire, he drove to the other dealership got the tire! What an outstanding example of customer service and excellent customer experience. Thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile will have me continue to get my car serv iced at this location. I highly recommend Audi Northshore. My recent purchase experience was not a perfect one but the handling of the situation and customer care was unbelievable for any day and age. Folks that listen, own issues, quickly resolve them.....will always get my business. Those type of business practices are almost extinct. If Maurice were a super hero, his super power would be making great deals happen. He was friendly, helpful, informed (and don't even get me started on his accent)! I never once felt pushed or pressured. I am 100% convinced that the great deal I got would not have happened without Maurice. Anytime I call and let them know that there’s a problem with my vehicle I bring it in and they take care of it. Found out yesterday that there’s something wrong with my transmission. Thank God for their warranties. I have a special needs son and I need a bigger vehicle and because of them I have that bigger vehicle.
