Everything was great. My sales rep was very nice and went over all the functions in the car with me. The financial person was very nice as well and answered all my questions. I was out there with my new car in record time compared to other experiences I have had. 👍

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

Simple made the process easy and mostly remote, which was great. Lance from the F&I team was fast and efficient. The only downside was the wait time to sign paper for finance?it took a bit longer than expected. Kevin went over everything in the car thoroughly, promised a full charge, and delivered on that promise with a full charge and no decals. Overall, a great experience! My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

Very willing to deal with us on our terms. Salesman was very helpful and pleasant to work with. All questions answered. Will definitely deal with Roseville Chevrolet in the future.

The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

We own two other GM products. I was getting service at our local dealership and heard a customer Raving about the Chevy TRAX. While waiting, I decided to test drive a TRAX. Could Not believe the performance from this 1.2 litre Turbocharged engine. The interior is Large and has more amenities than you would ever need. At a list price of 24,500 and 30+ mpg it's an unbelievable Value! Didn't really Need a new vehicle but I bought it and I can't get my Wife out of it. We both love this vehicle. Gonna sell one of the other two mainly because they don't get driven because we always get in the TRAX. I Highly Recommend this vehicle to All age groups. Affordable, Safe, Economical and if you need storage space, this is the Best out there at an unbelievable Price Point. You can buy with confidence....

My car was in service for the third warranty repair in five months. I brought it in on Monday and was told the repair would be completed by Friday and I could have my car back. However, on Monday, the service advisor called me and said they couldn?t find the part and my car would not be ready until next week. Well, next week was Christmas and I needed to drive my car out of state. I contacted the leadership team at Walser and service manager called me to say he had found a part and my car would be ready by Friday. That was a relief because I always have to rent a car when my car is in service. It is hard to get in in a timely manner because diesel mechanics are few and far between. My car was completed by Friday and they also did an oil change entire rotation at no cost to me.

The latch on the center console of my chevy Tahoe broke and needed replacement. The Service Dept.(Kris Hoffbeck) was very professional, polite and informative. He explained exactly what needed replacement and that I did not need to replace the entire lid but only the latch itself which saved me lots of money. The completed repair was excellent and very quick. I definitely will come back for future service.
