Very sporty looking, economical and fun to drive car without breaking the bank. It’s is my second one sold 2024 model after driving 40k never given me trouble. Exterior and interior is next level you won’t get bored of. Don’t get fooled with the 3 cylinder I don’t even realize how quick it hits 150 kmph on hi-way. I figured with high octane gas it’s even faster you can think of. Hope this helps.

Had a last minute breakdown on my GMC Yukon Denali. The service department secured my vehicle to be worked on later that week and gave me alternate transportation to go on with my day. I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

I really like this dealership. The service is good and friendly people. While my Acadia was getting an oil change I got a call from Bob my service guy. He asked if I would like to change the cabin filters. He said they need changed at 30,000 miles. Shame on me for not knowing how many miles was on my car but he had paperwork in his hand. He told me the cost and I told him yes to change them. I look at my mileage when I got in my car and there is only 23,000 some odd number on it. I had 7,000 more miles to go before they needed changed. That was a waste of good filters and money to me. I went out of town for a few days and never called the dealership. I'm still not happy about this mistake but I'm sure there's nothing that can be done about it.

The folks at this dealership are friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on customer sales and satisfaction.

Mark Ball does a very good job but he has one problem and it is the system he is using. It needs updated or a better system, It locked up on him three times and created problems for him. I would guess it happens to him all the time. If you guys are smart you get him a better system. It is costing you money. As an example it took him 30 minutes longer to do our order. If that happens three times a day it is costing you about 150,000 a week at least and at the end of the year times 50 it could cost you 7.5million a year so think about the money lost due to processing time.
