Justin Peters always provides the best customer service. He offered me a loaner because the department was so busy. Turns out the mechanic was able to get it repaired by end-of-day so I returned the car next morning. I was very appreciative of his consideration. Thank you.

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

I just brought home my "new" 2020 Chevy Sonic that I purchased from Lynch Chevrolet in Mukwonago! I can not be happier with the whole experience and with this cute hatchback that I found. I was really dreading trying to find another car. Didn't have a clue where to begin or what I wanted. Saw one particular vehicle on their website in my price range, the color I wanted with the "bells and whistles" I wanted. I don't like the whole "haggling" process. Lynch lists their best "out the door price" up front. I compared it to other similar cars on line and saw it was a really fair price. Keri the sales manager worked with me to find a day when I could stop by for a test drive. She was helpful but not pushy at all. Originally I was going to meet with Renee because I thought I would prefer working woman to woman but she was out till next week so Keri matched me with Chris W. and I'm so glad she did. She reassured me I would be comfortable working with him and she was right. He is an absolutely wonderful salesman who was warm, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. My husband and I live in the area and we had a lot in common with him. He answered all my questions on the test drive and this morning and made sure I knew how every aspect of my car worked before I left the lot. Tammy (?) in finance completed the sales paperwork with me quickly and efficiently I was in and out the door in no time at all. No spending hours trying to hard sell me on warranties I had indicated right up front that I was not interested in but made sure I knew what was available. If you are looking for a car - go to Lynch. You will not be disappointed.

The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

Bought my 2018 Equinox in August 2023. Great professional & friendly customer service provided by Randy and Kevin. But my recent maintainence appointment was so outstanding. Pedro from the Service department was going to have to order my a new tire resulting in a return trip to the dealership. I was kind of dreading that, even though they offer free popcorn, water and coffee. But when I came back to get my car after an oil change, fluids topped off, wheels rotated etc.I was pleasantly surprised, Pedro called around to other Lynch Dealership, found a tire, he drove to the other dealership got the tire! What an outstanding example of customer service and excellent customer experience. Thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile will have me continue to get my car serv iced at this location. We own two other GM products. I was getting service at our local dealership and heard a customer Raving about the Chevy TRAX. While waiting, I decided to test drive a TRAX. Could Not believe the performance from this 1.2 litre Turbocharged engine. The interior is Large and has more amenities than you would ever need. At a list price of 24,500 and 30+ mpg it's an unbelievable Value! Didn't really Need a new vehicle but I bought it and I can't get my Wife out of it. We both love this vehicle. Gonna sell one of the other two mainly because they don't get driven because we always get in the TRAX. I Highly Recommend this vehicle to All age groups. Affordable, Safe, Economical and if you need storage space, this is the Best out there at an unbelievable Price Point. You can buy with confidence....

This is a dealership with Genuine people! Its hard to find a place where you truly trust that they are not just trying to make a buck! I have had several interactions with Sales, Finance, Service, and Parts. Every one I have met that works there has been kind, honest, genuine, and friendly. Its the only Dealership I would consider going to these days

Ours sales person was excellent, without Cecilia I don?t think we would of made it through the long process. Getting a trade in for our car took way to long. They need speed up the process! Also the finance part was backed way up and also need to speed that up!

Greg is one of the best, he made the entire process so seamless and easy. I walked in not even sure if getting my new car was possible and helped make it happen. Tim Rice was also wonderful to work with. I really appreciate the upfront and honest sales tactics. I’ve been a Heiser customer since 2015 but plan on only working with Greg going forward!

I dealt with Matt and he was great.. not pushy and we did it all my text and phone calls. We couldn't get to a number I was comfortable with and I didn't really like the finance guy roddi bc he gave false info but they really tried. Matt was amazing and I would go to him again when I find something else.
