The best Service Consultant DONALD A.PETERSON JR. kept me in the loop about my car, listen to my concerns since my car is a “show car” and he gave me the respect I deserved, even though I was a woman. A lot of times when we go to car dealerships, they assume we’re dumb and we have no idea what we’re doing when a lot of us do and a lot of us work on our own cars, like myself. So I know what I’m talking about and Donald was very respectful of that. Even though I have to drive a lot further now to get my car serviced, it’s definitely worth going to RICK HENDRICK CHEVROLET and using Service consultant DONALD A. So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

Melvin gave me directions to a very good place to tint my windows. I am happy with the results.

The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

Pay attention what get in your hands paperwork throughly read it carefully and see everything they put in it such extra extra cash that you didn’t say and extra money makes it go up higher that you can’t afford the extra payment.Now you see how much gap insurance $$$ added in the paperwork and makes sure you get a lawyer go with you when getting used filthy car full of dog hairs.Makes sure you have mechanic on hand too.They will sell you a car without license which is illegal.Don’t use no co-signer.Don’t use Ally financing on new or used vehicles.Even if you pay it off tell you getting gap refunds on mailing letter.they will keep it cause you don’t qualify for it.Keep up with all your paperwork in a file and payment history on papers like print out.Get your payment down as low as you can and 84 months is long ways to go.Do research how to save money on used or newer car without all that crazy extra add on.They’re trying make money of of you even on the elderly people.Have a great day everyone

Was in town for my sons lacrosse tournament when our 2022 Equinox broke down. Limped it over to your dealership at 7:30 in the morning to hopefully get an idea what was wrong. I was not expecting any miracles especially without a appointment as a matter of fact I figured I would be stuck there a few days until they could get to it. GET THIS...Bryon Steinke(employee of the month) greeted me and listened to my problem even though he was backed up with customers as far as the eye could see. Took my car and said lets see what we can do. Had me out of there in less than an hour, WAIT...it gets better. He called me Monday morning to see if me and my family got home safely!!!! Who is this guy and where did you find him because there is nobody in customer service like him any more!!! Can't say "thank you" enough times for what he did for us, that is a great employee you have there and you are a great dealership!!
