My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

Gabriel Pena was fantastic!! Friendly helpful and patient ! As my husband and I purchased a new truck we made a mistake and needed to return it . Gabriel made the process to smooth and easy we were able to get in the right truck with out any hassles and everyone who needed to stay after hours and help did! We own two other GM products. I was getting service at our local dealership and heard a customer Raving about the Chevy TRAX. While waiting, I decided to test drive a TRAX. Could Not believe the performance from this 1.2 litre Turbocharged engine. The interior is Large and has more amenities than you would ever need. At a list price of 24,500 and 30+ mpg it's an unbelievable Value! Didn't really Need a new vehicle but I bought it and I can't get my Wife out of it. We both love this vehicle. Gonna sell one of the other two mainly because they don't get driven because we always get in the TRAX. I Highly Recommend this vehicle to All age groups. Affordable, Safe, Economical and if you need storage space, this is the Best out there at an unbelievable Price Point. You can buy with confidence....

Everyone at this location was excellent. Albert Larrieu was incredible to work with. We recently lost our house and 4 cars to a tornado. We are a family of 9, our vehicle needs are quite unique. My primary vehicles were a 12 passenger Nissan NV and a Torrent. To decrease how many large purchases we were having to make at once, I wanted something I could use as a daily that could also fit all of use. Alas, the 9 passenger, 3 bench seats, fold down center console, with a bench 2nd row vs captions chairs. I spent the better part of 2 weeks relentlessly searching. I came across one at Autonation in West Austin, 6.5 hours away. Albert reached out to me promptly, he immediately offered to take pictures himself and send them to me. He was understanding of our unique situation and made it all happen. We flew into Austin and left the dealership with our Suburban in under 2 hours. Albert, his colleagues, the manager, the finance, all went above and beyond. The service was so well we may just go back, it was worth the flight and drive. After 2 weeks of building our lives back from the ground up, they sure made this a stress free experience.
