Pat and his team did a great job. I purchased a new Tahoe online and traded my old in. They gave me about 15% more for my trade than Carvana and Carmax, and even picked it up. I purchased a wonderful new truck at a fair price. They arranged fair safe shipping. I would without question refer this dealership to anyone looking to get a vehicle. This was one of the easiest and best car purchasing experiences I have had.

I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

Once again, prompt professional service. I brought a vehicle in for Va state safety inspection. A problem was found with a suspension component. I was promptly put in a loaner vehicle and repairs were made the same day under warrantee. Very happy with the outcome and the fact that they valued my time enough to put me in a loaner, so I wasn't tied up at the dealership while repairs were made.

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

Jacob Davis was awesome! He helped us narrow down to the vehicle that most met our needs. The finance agent, JC Welch, was also very helpful, friendly, and informative. Overall, they made what is usually a negative experience into a very positive one!

My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience while purchasing my new Lexus. Ms Queanna Walker was great from start to finish, explaining to me all I needed to know about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He manager also came over to reassure us about the choice we had made I forget his name am sorry! I love and am enjoying me vehicle to bits. Keep up the good work Ms Walker. My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

I had a great experience with Rick Quillin, Internet Sales and with Country Chevrolet. Rick returned every phone call, stay ahead in the deal, answered every question and was great to work with. The car was exactly as pictured with all the options as listed. Rick set me up with an on time transporter and it was $200 less than quoted . I have bought 6 cars using internet sales (3 from CarMax and 3 from other dealers and Rick Quillin was the best and most professional by far. I would recommend Rick and Country Chevrolet over all of them . Rick is a professional and knows how to treat people, putting me in a great vehicle at a great price .

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality.
