I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

In addition, the service advisor, Zacharie Medina, reminded me that my Envista was due for an oil change and regular service. He said he could have that service also done while I waited for the tire to be replaced. I did not have to make a future appointment. The wait was short as I sat in the pleasant, comfortable waiting room. All of the work was done perfectly. Arnold Chevrolet Buick is the only establishment I will ever use to buy and service my cars.

We had a very positive experience with this dealership. We shopped around and needed a lot of hand holding. The used car manager Joe was great throughout the entire process. We definitely were not easy customers.

Treated like family in a very stressful time when making a purchase of a new truck!! So many questions but with out Wayne and Chris, the process would never have come to a completion! I always enter a new dealership with hesitation; will they have integrity while conducting sales, or be xxxxxxxx going for the quick buck? East Hills was great to work with: clearly a professional and efficient dealership and Paul Whaley, my salesperson, was incredibly thorough in answering my questions and fully accommodating, but never pushy. Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review).
