I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

They got me in the morning after Christmas. A part was needed so they kept my car and a nice young gentleman drove me home. Mike went out of his way to find us the vehicle to match our wish list. It had to be transported from out of state and needed some body repair which was done seamlessly. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle and all our dealings with him. Our 2nd car will need replacing in a few years and we'll definitely go back to him.

The service met what i needed. I was able to ensure that the price of the repairs that were needed were affordable and correct. I just wish some of the future repairs that are needed are more affordable and could be more explained by the customer service representative like the previous rep that I had at the previous visit. Overall, the facility was very clean and i was able to meet with one of the car/service representative. I was able to meet with a car dealer who was very friendly and ensure that I had his contact information, in the event I plan or may want to purchase a new vehicle in the near future, which i plan too.

The men I worked with were friendly, attentive, personable, professional, and genuine, not just trying to "make a sale".
