I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

That Annoying Check Engine Light came on suddenly and of course I was concerned about a possible break down in the winter. My Service Writer JAMES B. was very reassuring and informed me that they had the part in stock and would be able to take care of my Impala assuring me it wouldn't be too long. I was interested in the Chevy Equinox EV, but had never owned an electric vehicle. As such, I needed a great deal of assistance. Fortunately, my sales person was RJ Mecherfieh. RJ provided me with an education about electric vehicles and the many features and options available on the Equinox EV. I was able to make an informed decision and am happy with the car that I purchased. Today we picked up a new Malibu at Napleton. This is the second time we have leased a car at Napleton. I called before visiting the dealership, after I stepped out of my truck I was greeted by Paul, and he asked me how he could help, I pointed to the truck I had called about and told him that one. We went in and did initial paperwork and went for a test drive. Upon returning sat down and discussed pricing and options, after coming to an agreement, the paperwork and financing went smoothly. It was the easiest and fastest vehicle purchase in a dealership I have had.
