This dealership, specifically salesman, Ronnie T, is awesome! I went to see what was available in this crazy time bc my lease was almost up on my equinox (that I got from Ronnie 3 years prior).. Ronnie is honest, not pushy, respectful and funny! We looked over our options, I told him realistically what my budget was vs what I was needing. He knew exactly what to show me and it was a done deal. He and Bob worked the paperwork and I’m in my new Chevy traverse for the next 3 years! Thank you all!

I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

My husband and myself went to East Hills looking for a 2022 Equinox our salesman was George. I can't say enough about him, he didn't force us into anything and worked with us to keep in our budget. If you need a new car go to East Hills and ask for George!!!!!!

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

I always enter a new dealership with hesitation; will they have integrity while conducting sales, or be xxxxxxxx going for the quick buck? East Hills was great to work with: clearly a professional and efficient dealership and Paul Whaley, my salesperson, was incredibly thorough in answering my questions and fully accommodating, but never pushy. Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review). When it's time for my new truck, I'll surely return.

My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

My review is about Paul Whaley; i have only good things to say about him. Paul is a young man, very respectful, professional, attentive. He is very patience young man and always in contact with me without put pressure on me .Thanks Paul for all your efforts to close this deal, and I hope we do it.

Treated like family in a very stressful time when making a purchase of a new truck!! So many questions but with out Wayne and Chris, the process would never have come to a completion! We bought the truck. These 2 employees spent a lot of time answering all our questions and trying to get financing into an understandable format for the family! We will comeback in the spring to look again at upgrading our car....and Wayne and Chris will be the new car sales personnel we will look forward to working with again....and again! Just picked up my brand new 2019 Traverse and I can’t thank East Hills Chevy enough. Joe (the manager) and Anita in sales are amazing and totally knocked it out of the park. I called the Arnold Chevrolet Buick service department and was able to bring my car in ASAP without a scheduled appointment. The tire was too damaged to be repaired, and I was able to get a new tire right away. In addition, the service advisor, Zacharie Medina, reminded me that my Envista was due for an oil change and regular service. He said he could have that service also done while I waited for the tire to be replaced. I did not have to make a future appointment. The wait was short as I sat in the pleasant, comfortable waiting room. All of the work was done perfectly. Arnold Chevrolet Buick is the only establishment I will ever use to buy and service my cars.

Recently purchased a 2022 Silverado from Sunrise Chevrolet. Chris and Mike and the entire staff at Sunrise Chevy made the trade and sale and finance real easy.They asked what vehicle I wanted, and they made it happen. Within hours I was driving the vehicle off the lot. I should have asked for the new Corvette!! (LOL)
