I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

Because I'm located clear across the country, the very specific vehicle I had in mind sold before I was able to get my end arranged. I'm writing this review because Cindy Huerta, the sales person I dealt with was very kind and helpful! She was always very quick to reply by text with pictures, videos, and answers to all my questions. She is quite the ambassador for this Chevrolet dealership! Thank you Cindy.

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

Just purchased a used Silverado from Guaranty Chevrolet, and could not be happier. Joe in the sales dept. got me the best price possible. Erik in finance was able to get me a solid rate, spelled everything out to the letter, and still was able to get me in-and-out in no time. Guaranty is at the top of their game!

My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

The new Chevy trac is larger in the interior more more room for the driver, the backseat and the rear trunk area. The safety features are most welcome. The exterior is is sporty and nice to look at.

They gave me an out the door price, something fair I agreed upon and worked it out from there. The whole buying process was easy, took about 1 hour and a half. No hidden fees, or junk fees or unnecessary add-ons.

My wife dropped the truck off, I picked it up. Everyone at this dealership is very friendly, helpful and respectful!

Alex was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. When I expressed my concerns about covid he kindly agreed to wear a mask and arranged for the process to be conducted outdoors as much as possible. He also expedited the sale process because he understood that I needed to drive the vehicle back to the SF Bay Area that day. Lastly, he was very knowledgeable about the Suburban that I purchased, and provided me with a lot of great information about its features and benefits. Before I never use America car only use Japan car. But this time I try use Chevy bolt EUV and service at Simpson dealership at garden grove first time and I feel the service very good and service advisor Vuong Huu is very nicely and helpful , friendly for customer.
