I purchased a 2025 Trax RS and thus far I really love it . The redesigned look is very sporty. Sure it doesn’t have a ton of fancy features like my suburban but I was looking for a second car good on gas and convenient to drive . It is very nice on inside and plenty of room .

Took 5 hours but I have another car and I love it. The staff was very helpful.

So far at 1000 miles have no complaints. Looks like I am going to average about 33 miles per gallon. Comfortable and easy on the pocketbook.

Good that all I can say on point grate job I would keep going back very quickl but I want buy right because of the price.

My wife and I had decided not to trade this year but changed our mind once we saw and drove the Trax. Price was outstanding and it had the updated looks and features we expected in a new vehicle. It's ride was better than expected and drive ability outstanding.

There was a bit of wait at the time, but wasn't all that long. They went beyond what was expected which was really appreciated

My wife and I each drove a 2021 Chevy Trax - hers was white and mine was blue - and the dealer called us to see if we'd be interested in trading up. I drove to the dealership and test drove the new 2025 Trax while they did their appraisal on my car. The new Trax was such an overall improvement compared to the 2021 that, not only did I make the trade on my car, my wife was so impressed that she sent me back to the dealership to make the same deal on hers as well!

Everyone at this dealership is always professional and treats its customers with the utmost respect. The service department is excellent, especially Mary, who goes above and beyond!

About 2 months ago I went to the dealership for an oil change. Have an appointment at 11 o'clock in the morning. around 12 want to go see the service adviser asking where my car was at, he went to go To find out where my vehicle was at. It was still in the parking lot. All they had to say was they were sorry. I waited an hour and I had an appointment and nobody did nothing about it They haven't even started the oil change at 12 o'clock.

Another great experience with Mohawk chevy service department. Everyone was friendly,professional and polite. Overall best dealership i have ever dealt with and I highly recommend ths dealership to everyone I know

Service got done in the time frame that was promised. The car seems to be running smoothly too . Service rep Danyelle is such a gem. As busy as she was, she took time to helped every customer with ease and knowledge and professionalism. Also very personable. She answered all my questions, did not rush me or push me aside. She even went out of her way to show me how to change the battery in my key fob, all while multitasking. All the other staff there were also very pleasant and friendly. I was in the market for an Acura MDX and found one (certified) on Beaver Chevrolet website for a very competitive price. I called and got Rich King in sales and am so thankful that he picked up the call. He was personable, professional, informed, and a straight shooter!! I told him the vehicle I was interested in and the specifics (money down, monthly payment etc) I needed to make it work. He went over the car fax w me and I put a deposit on it to hold as sold.
