I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

Overall I appreciate the service given when I take my car in for maintenance .The waiting room is fairly comfortable with a vending machine nearby.

Bought this from chevrolet Lindsey in Woodbridge. DO NOT LET THE PUT ON YOUR TEMP TAGS! They used the wrong screws for mine and it stripped the screw wholes.

Just had an oil change and oil filter. It was done quickly and done well. Also the car was returned to me totally cleaned up. It was great!

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

I want to thank the service department for their help on Saturday 8/11. I was traveling from Ames to Council Bluffs with 2 dogs and started having car problems. The service staff worked me in and were able to get my car back on the road. They didn’t charge me anything for their time and let my dogs stay with me in the waiting area. I’m very grateful for their help.

I decided to go with the Chevy traverse and not the Chevy Tahoe.I own two Chevy Tahoe’s.And after the the problems we had with the engines and the traction control and stability control always popping on,I swear I would never buy another Tahoe.So we decided to go with the Chevy traverse and I was shocked at how much more room there was in the backseat compared to the Tahoe and right now so far so good

oe couldn't have been better. Bought a Tahoe from him two years ago and came back to him because he never tried to oversell us. You'll find this hard to believe but we came back today and traded four cars for four cars with him today. We traded the Tahoe for a Traverse and I finally got into a Trail Boss. We also traded the teenage boys vehicles and we did it all without getting divorced! Joe Koebke did it all while getting up and done a hundred times after having his hip replaced a couple weeks ago. We purchased a new 2018 RDX Accura from Accura of Johnston in November of 2108. So, our initial visit to Accura of Johnston was for a free service courtesy of them. While waiting, we decided to look around at the new 2019 RDX's. Alen Zenkovic, the salesman came out right away and was very personably and kind in showing us the changes in the new 2019 RDX. He let us even take another car out for a drive, however, we decided we liked the RDX better. Long story short, who buys another new car after only seven months? Well, we did! He was very patient and kind and he drew up an offer as we sat across from him in his office for a new 2019 RDX Accura! He was very professional, but very kind in his mannerism in dealing with us. Ended up after wheeling and dealing, and with no pressure on his part and with patience, an offer was agreed upon and we were the new owners of an Accura 2019 RDX. Alen was very kind in showing us all the new technology in the computer system inside the car with patience, as there is a lot to learn! We enjoyed his expertise and kindness in dealing with us! Bought my 2015 Tahoe new, 124,000 miles later no major problems with normal maintenance. Annoying interior lights flicker when brakes depressed, replaced front ball joints. Overall great truck, car must have built on a Wednsday.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

My visit to the Honda/Nissan dealership was quite pleasant. I contacted Luke Wandling over email, asking a few questions about a car I was interested in taking a look at. When I entered the dealership, he was right there to greet me. He was very friendly, kind, and helpful. Throughout the process, he made it easy and pleasant. In the end, I didn’t end up buying that car as it had more things to fix than I could afford. But Luke handled this news very well, and said we’d be in touch in the future if need be.

2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. My experience dealt with TPMS sensors. Ryan was great to work with in dealing with the extended warranty and timelines with communications to get the sensors in stock & then working with the installation of sensors.

I am enjoying my 2022 trailblazer. The only problem of concern is the chip painting on the hood and the cost of repair for the chip painting.

I was looking for a used SUV within a specific price range, and I decided to stop at Acura of Johnston. Chester had been my sales person, and he was welcoming and accomodating. He listened to what I wanted and showed me a vehicles I'd actually be interested in, which is so much nicer than the typical experience of being shown things that are either out of your price range or not what you're looking for. The dealership is clean, well presented, and the staff is friendly. Chester is great, and needs commended for his patience, as the vehicle I purchased only had one key (not the dealer's fault! The previous owner didn't provide it) and I was persistent on confirming this. Overall, I had a good experience at Acura of Johnston, and I didn't expect to buy at the first place I shopped, but this time, I did. They actually try to work with you, and that's appreciated.

The Travis(s) handled the sale on our new suburban while Astrid lead our finance portion. As someone who loathes car buying experiences, the haggling and gimmicks that waste people’s time, this dealership is a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond sourcing a vehicle for us to ensure we got everything we wanted. The price was fair and we wasted little time getting to a final number, that experience and price couldn’t be beat. From there, Astrid was great at outlining services and finance offers at the dealership. Everyone was kind , courteous, and most of all efficient. There isn’t a dealer like it out there in the Des Moines area that gets you the car you want, is fast to a good price, and finance was fair in describing their services and getting us out the door. Well done we will be buying from yall again in the future and highly recommend others do so as well.

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well
