Update from Vette Guy of Tucson, Az. I received my replacement Z-06 convertible almost exactly 2 months from the date I ordered it. It arrived exactly as ordered: Mist Red with Natural interior, Z07 Handling Package, Visible Carbon Fiber Big Aero Package, Carbon Fiber Wheels and Racing Seats. I have 800 miles on the car, so far no problems. I plan on racing the car in the September Silver State Challenge Ely, Nv. open road race. I raced the 2023 Z06 there in May, great race try it! I'm also attending the Z06 driving school in Pahrump,Nv. I did the Z51 school last year, highly recommended! Overall a big Thumbs up to Watson Chevrolet for keeping their word on getting me a replacement Z-06!

My is machine silver with competition gray wheels 1lt nice car . Only problem I have had and a lot more people have had with the C6 is the automatic automatic shifter gets stuck in park. A recalled that never happened.

I bought my 2017 Lt1, Z51 Stingray Coupe new in Daytona, Fl. It’s beautifully designed and has so much to offer. You feel like you’re in a race car, only you’re wayyy more comfortable! Pop the top off, and place it in the ‘locked in’ storage for it in the back. Mine is an everyday driver and I love her very much. I’d buy her again, because she definitely Is,…‘The Heartbeat of America’!

I have a 2019 Stingray 2 LT convertible. It's a loaded car that's only missing the recorder/navigation. I bought it "used" with only 224 miles on it in 2019. It's a $75K car that was only $54.5K.....$20 K off the original MSRP. Unlike many Corvette owners, this is the only Corvette I've ever owned. I don't consider it to be a 5 star car because it's not my idea of a comfortable car. Sure it's fast and stylish, but it is what it is....just not a daily driver type of car.

2024 Stingray Z51 Convertible. Great buying experience and no issues in 7 months and 5K miles. Great features and and runs great with better than expected fuel mileage. Just a couple Cons - Run flat summer tires are somewhat noisy and not offered with adaptive cruise.

I currently own 11 cars. In addition to my C8, 2 C5 Vettes, 2 Porsches, 3 Miata’s & a few utilitarian cars. I race a Z06 Vette, a Miata & a Porsche. I bought the C8 to track it. Have not yet tracked it. The major options I got are: convertible, Z51 package, front lift, front camera. I love the front lift. Thanks to front lift & front camera so far no scrapes. Picked car up Aug 31, 2022. Have 10,600 miles. Recently drove to Sebring for 12hr Rolex. Put 2700 miles on the drive. Driving 13 hrs at a stretch, car is very comfortable to sit in for 13hrs. Handles beautifully with ample power to accelerate seamlessly to maneuver through highway traffic. I’m in my mid 70’s so getting in/out of this car is not exactly graceful. I’ve had sports cars since my British cars in the 60’s & getting in/out was not graceful back then either. Car is a dream to drive & styling makes it beautiful to look at it. Some people complain about poor visibility & blindspots. My response is there are no blindspots if you set mirrors correctly. Unfortunately, most people do not set mirrors properly. This car’s interior is very tight. It’s a drivers car. There’s no extra interior space. My wife will not ride in this car for any length of time because of the lack of space. She’s accustomed to driving/riding in sports cars. In addition to an SUV & a sedan her other drivers are a Porshe & Miata. Overall it’s a great car.

The exterior design still looks like a Corvette, but with stunning and cutting edge mid-engine styling. The handling and shifting are sublime and, in fact, the C8's eight speed DCT is the exact same one found in the $260K Maserati MC20 Cielo... even the C8's hard top was designed by the same German company that made the Maserati's top... all the way down to the little adjustable rear window. Finally, let's not forget the LT2 engine that is pure sweetness, proven and reliable. Step inside and you'll find the C8's interior is both functional and ultra luxurious, with advanced styling that goes beyond most sports cars... from the impeccable leather stitching and full aluminum paddles to the amazing looking floating dash and the slim, almost invisible air vents. The glove compartment and console don't need locks because they lock automatically when you get out of the car. I've had my 2017 GS with a Vortech supercharger that was added by previous owner (has 22K miles) for 3 months. This being my 4th vette, starting with a C3, a C5Z, and a twin turbo C5, this is by far the most refined, with SO MANY FEATURES. These include a display setup YOUR WAY, suspension varieties adjuated at the turn of a know, easily modified exhaust tones, all for the drivers pleasure!!! Love the slot car feel, with F1 handling & plenty of thrust!!! My FIRST AUTO TRANS TOO!DRIVE her easy in traffic, or set to track mode, or even shift manually with paddles!!! YES I would buy another!!!

I've more than 150 cars over the years & will say the 05 Corvette is a fantastic vehicle. I have the convertible model and throughly enjoy it.

To the guy that thinks this is a death trap- are you driving a Prius? I can think of about 100 other cars that are worse than this Vette. This are no different than any other fast car. You can get killed in any car if you get hit by a Semi truck. Every small car, every cross over including full size and mid size. Yea, if have a big xxx suburban or anything like it, you may not die, but you may not walk ever again.

I have a 97 Corvette I bought with 82000 miles on it. I have replaced the oil pressure sending unit twice. I have replaced all the shocks. I have replaced both gas tank sending units and fuel pumps. I have replaced the power window and power lock switches on the drivers side. The ac compressor needs replacing . I do love the car. It is Carmine Red.

Have only had for a few weeks, but this car is awesome. Very smooth when you want in touring mode and for more aggressive settings you have sport and track. I mainly drive in touring and its as smooth as any high end sedan. The power is perfectly tuned to the car, plenty fast when needed. Paint quality, interior materials and all together fit is great. Very happy so far.

I bought a first year C8. Everyone warned me of failures. I replied it’s a Chevy, created with a lot of pride in Bowling Green KY USA. Worst case scenario it had and has GM extended warranty. To date with 27,000 miles only had problems with the front bumper, it had to be repainted three times. Did Museum delivery. We drove to Pahrump, did the school. Then drove Rte. 66 to Missouri then the Tail of the Dragon then home. It looks just as beautiful today as when we first saw it. To me I think the E-Ray is the best of all. Great horsepower, acceleration and gas mileage and no gas guzzler tax.

Car was bought as a graduation gift by my dad and I love it! Better than I thought it would be on gas for a car of this reputation, have yet to have any issues out of it and I got it with a great deal of miles on it. Always getting compliments on it as well which is nice.
