Scott is a first-rate salesman; he met every one of my requirements to purchase the vehicle. Car-buying is arguably the second-most stressful purchase of your career, and I'm glad I had that experience with Scott and his team at Imperial Chevrolet! Scott knew the car - I had been studying the impala for a year, and he still let me in on a few additional features. He also pointed out some of the features I'll have to be cautious of, such as 20" wheels in New England! So he offered me the solution: He recommended I shop around for 18" wheels and tires, told me the ballpark for the cost, and even showed me the picture of his impala with them on! After all the excitement of running through what I was buying, Scott introduced me to Ahmad, to work through financing. My experience with Ahmad was also first-rate. He was respective of my privacy, yet, very candid about the process of financing.
