This Is the best car I have ever owned. If it had a 200 mile battery it would be outstanding and it has a back up gas engine when you run out of energy. Bring it back

As a single mother of 3 little ones, I need something dependable and big enough to haul around all of their toys and sports equipment. In the past I have been burned by used car dealers. After my husband left me, I can no longer afford to lease Acadia’s. Dave and Michael were great. They were very low pressure and offered for me to have a local mechanic of my choice take a look at the van. After the mechanic inspected the van, he noticed that there was a minor leak in the radiator. Dave and Michael went above and beyond for me. They ordered the part for the van and 3 days later it was repaired and ready for me to drive home. This vehicle 4.1 engine is still going strong with over 390 thousand miles on it. I do change the oil when it is time on it. And replace parts when issues arise. But even with 390 some thousand miles on it would be comfortable driving it across the united states right now. So you decide, is it worth it?

This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The car I purchased was better than advertised. It was very clean, had no issues, and drives like new. I bought this car new in 2007. After a test drive it was obvious an outstanding vehicle. I’ve never in 14 years had any issues that required a mechanic. Oil changes, batteries, and tires have been my only expenses I’ve luckily had. Still runs and drives like new.

I wish GM would make this van again since there are NO vans in this size class. With the NEW efficient engines they have now, it would get great fuel economy as well!

Great customer service, they helped me fix an issue that the finance company made. They were very patient and called everyone they could to make sure my loan was still intact and that the financing company owned up to their mistake and made things right. I love my new used car! I haven't bought a car from a dealer in over 20 years when I got really soaked by a dealership. But with COVID etc I wasn't able to get so easily to the individual sellers. So I gave these guys a try. I might have been a little hard to get along with because of my prior experience, but Eddy and Alex were patient with me and we got through it alright. I've had the car over a month now and am still satisfied with the deal. And my mechanic likes the car too!

This car has great mileage good pickup even if it is a 4...The only thing that I do not like about this car is changing headlights...really what the heck from outside and move wheel away from an access panel?

I bought the equinox used and and have owned it for five years. It has been a great vehicle! Gets 25-29 mpg and plenty of room for cargo. Currently has 106K+. We've had no major problems with it. Had a safety recall on wiper blades ball joints. But that was resolved.

I love this car. I have the LTZ w/ sunroof and no leaks. It’s crossover design to SUV is just big enough to take the kids but not huge like a regular SUV. I haven’t had any major repairs on the car but normal wear and tear. Oil changes, new tires.. no rust either. I have put over 100,000 miles on it, been in a pretty deep ditch during heavy snowfall and didn’t roll or tip over. They towed it out and we drove away. No damage. Iowa salts their roads all the time! Weather changes on a dime. This vehicle is so reliable, we bought a second one for the kid. Do yourself a favor and get one. You won’t be disappointed.

We purchased this as a CPO in 2012 with 16k miles. I have been very good about fluids maintenance, regular oil changes, transmission fluid exchange service, power steering, coolant, etc. In return the car now has 214,000 miles without one single mechanical repair. Sure it has needed tires and brakes and some minor electrical replacements (gas pedal, turn signal stalk and the servos that control heat/cool) but all in those "repairs" have added up to about $500 in almost 200k miles of driving. I have never met anyone who has had better service out of any car of any brand than we have out of this one! Sure wish they still made them like this.

A great car, to travel in, lots of leg room, comfortable seats, easy to steer, a/c is great, hard to heat up inside in the winter, but over-all a great SUV.

The only issues with the impala is the transmission are bad the ignition which I'm having issues now,and it seems every 6 months to a year I have to change front hub bearing and struts. Besides those issues oh and the governor mine is at 112 mph it sucks. But overall a perfect vehicle for traveling and everyday commute.

Not trying to get off the subject but I own a 2004 Chevy Tahoe and would have to say its one of the best trucks I ever own....
